Great team at this location. Had an issue with my e-bike charging. Thought it mightve been the charger or battery needing replacement. Turns out the bike didnt need either, just a software update. They didnt charge us any diagostic or service fee. Excellent service. They will be getting our business in the future

Staff polite, informative and knowledgable. We were treated very well, appreciated the service and were happy with the tune up of the bikes. Store clean and neat, having everything you need... the place to go for biking.

A few days ago i was out for a ride and realized my back tire pressure was a little low . When I arrived at Cranky's the staff was just locking up. They were literally out the door turning the key. Thankfully Tyler was totally willing to quickly check the pressure and fill me up. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. The man was off the clock and still chose to help me out.

Ive been coming to this location since moving to the city and there is a reason i keep coming back. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, tons of stock and bikes, and the techs in the back do really good work. I will happily come back for my service, bike and parts needs! :)

The team at Cranky's Riverbend were incredible, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They brought in a couple bikes for me that I had requested during my bike selection days, even bringing in a special order bike (which I ended up going with) I recommend this bike shop for any new bike purchases, quality bike products and reputable bike service!
