Our house needed a lot of work done. Siding was rotting, windows were bad, porch cover and deck rotting, roof needed work. Ben came out and walked through every part of our house and came up with a gameplay to replace 17 windows, 2 doors, replace two sliding glass doors, replace our patio cover, replace our second story deck snd stairs, and do some roof repairs, and finished up with new gutters on the house. The crews were all very professional and did amazing work, and Ben answered every one of our numerous questions and requests. He communicated very well, and always right away and worked with us from start to finish. We couldn’t be more happy with the final results.

Workmanship was top notch. Team was great to work with. Within an hour of the work being done, the account manager came out and surveyed to make sure everyone was right... even ran the magnetic nail-finder over the entire driveway!

I had a great experience with CPS Construction replacing my roof. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the process was professional and well organized. The crew arrived on time and worked hard through one of the hottest days of the year to get the job done before an approaching storm. They also cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of the workmanship gives me confidence it was done right. My house was severely damaged in Hurricane Helene and I had been fighting with my insurance for so long to get it fixed. CPS was one of the companies I asked to come out and provide an estimate for the house. I am so glad I found them as they have been excellent in this process. From the initial first visit they have been professional and helped beyond measure. CPS used the same estimating software that the insurance company used so that proved to be so helpful as Jim Nunns could then answer any questions the adjuster had, even down to exact line number explanations etc. Jim went above and beyond with communicating directly with the adjuster. The insurance adjuster regularly told me how pleased he was dealing with Jim. The communication was excellent and he spent a lot of time explaining how things worked which helped me as I had never dealt with an insurance claim before. The crew were professional and got the work done on time. I am looking forward to finally moving back into my home. I will choose to work with CPS again on my next project.
