Recently needed some deteriorated fascia boards and damaged siding pieces repaired. Contacted CPS Construction Services. Prompt response with assessment of problem and estimate on needed repairs. Had us on the schedule in just over a week.
The craftsmen were all friendly, professional, and trustworthy types. Explained exactly what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how they were doing it. I certainly felt in the loop and informed about my small project.
My wife and I were delighted with the results. Would certainly call upon CPS again should we have additional home repair or improvement needs.
We would highly recommend the CPS team to other homeowners when the situation calls for professional help.

We are very pleased with the finished bathroom remodel. The quality of the work and attention to detail turned out beautifully, and we are happy with the final result.
The project did take longer than originally expected, and there were some delays toward the end that caused inconvenience for our family. However, the owner was willing to listen to our concerns and worked with us toward a fair resolution.
Overall, we appreciate the work that was done and would consider working with CPS Construction again in the future.

CPS did a great job with my roof replacement. They provided all the information needed for me to submit a claim for hail damage, then replaced the roof quickly and with high-quality.

Very pleased. They replaced a rotted utility pole that supports a very heavy metal roof attached to our barn. They supported the roof while working and replaced the old one with a 12' x 12" pole sunk 4' in the ground in concrete. That pole will be holding up that roof long after i'm gone!
Great work. Stayed in touch. Arrived when expected. Very reasonable quote. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

After 25 years in our home we had our roof replaced, windows replaced and a boardwalk replaced. Everyone we met and worked with at our home was extremely easy to work with and did what they said they would do. Their professionalism was obvious from the beginning and the charges for their work was extremely fair. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing something done.
