The difference is amazing—my driveway, patio, and siding all look so clean. His pricing was fair and the customer service was great from start to finish. What a pleasant experience. Niko came to estimate a day after I called, fair quote was given, 40 year old deck powerwashed and sealed. Niko worked with me on appropriate color for the sealer to blend two different color surfaces. Deck looks great ready for summer parties. Thank you Niko.

I had my entire front and back bluestone and pavers power washed today by Jamel. I have to say it was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. He single handedly removed all the patio furniture out of the way to clean the pavers with great detail including each piece of furniture. When he was done everything was spotless. Very satisfied customer and would highly recommend!

I don’t post reviews often- but felt it was necessary after recently hiring Niko for a power washing job. He was responsive, cordial and priced appropriately for the services provided. The areas within the scope included old brick that was prone to chipping but Niko took his time to not overwork the areas. See before and after pics below. I’ll be hiring again.

Nico and his Father responded to my home and fixed numerous broken and loose bricks on 3 different sections of a retaining wall for me. They were professional, friendly, and left no mess behind.
