I’m currently in my scheduled class and no instructor has shown up. I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me figure out what’s going on and if this class is occurring. I even got a confirmation email for the class.
A year ago I wrote a review about the poor experience with this company to which they replied and said they are a legitimate business. I thought I would give it another chance since the reviews are so high but now I’m concerned that those are false. I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me figure out where my instructor is despite contacting every support number and email on the website. It is now half an hour past my confirmed class time and no one has shown up. They also rescheduled my original appointment less than 24 hours before the class time despite their own rules saying classes cannot be rescheduled less than 24 hours from the appointment time. Poor management, poor communication, and poor customer service and I still don’t even have my CPR renewal. Waste of time and money.

Avoid this class at all costs. I registered for my son and me. He needs CPR for work and I am a nurse. We did the online and got the certificate and then passed the in-person class and testing. I got my final certificate. My son never did!!! I paid for 2 and got 1. We have both called and emailed at least ten times and are being ghosted. It is highway robbery. Don’t take this class. They took my money and disappeared.
Such a great amazing teacher! Finished early and had a great time.
