I was having continuous plumbing issues at a rental property and had Korrect Plumbing come out initially to take care of the problem. They in turn, after having the sewer line from the house to the city sewer scoped, recommended CPR for a sewer liner. I decided to go with CPR because the liner would eliminate the root issue I was having and was more reasonable than other fixes that were explained to me. I found the CPR management and personnel to be professional, personable and quite down to earth, which was nice. The job was done quite quickly, and I am pleased with the end result. I would recommend this procedure to anyone with a problem such as I described above.
I called to request a quote to reline my main pipe. Another company quoted $10k to change the clay tile to pvc. CPR quoted $5k to reline it. I’m addition, they took video of additional piping in my home. They discovered I have more issues than the sanitary drain.
After accepting the quote to reline everything with cure in place piping, they scheduled the work about a month out. They answered all questions I had and got everything done in a timely manner.
The sales rep called to personally thank me for my business. He emailed me the video the crew took after the work was complete. Everything looks great. I appreciate their work and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.
CPR did an exceptional job at our location. We own a 96-year old old building that desperately needed ~100 feet of pipes lined. Tony and Josh were very professional from day one (explaining the process) throughout the entire job (pipes lined & repairs made). Our small non-profit thrift store needed cast iron pipe repair after toilet overflows. Working with the Right Brothers from Englewood, CPR lined the pipes preventing very expensive excavation. I am so impressed with this group of knowledgeable, personable, and hard-working young men. A CPR employee along with a Right Brother's employee spent 2-1/2 hours the day prior to the job starting making certain every detail needed to do the job correctly was noted. They patiently explained the whole process. The work was completed in the time we were told. Highly recommend!
Wow! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I had a main sewer drain scare and they rearranged their schedule to fit me in ASAP. They also let me know that the problem only needed some cleaning instead of a complete pipe replacement or repair. I truly appreciate their honesty which is hard to come by now.

TL;DR - CPR provided an exceptional pipe repair experience, demonstrating professionalism, clear communication, and high-quality work to resolve a sewer line issue under my home's concrete slab after I noticed that the drain lines were likely holding a smelly pool party. In mid-September of this year, I found myself in need of serious pipe repair work after I had CPR camera work confirm the likely source of an unpleasant odor in the kitchen. This turned out to be a sediment clog, grease and other uglies, among other deteriorating issues in other lines. This was an indication of significant and destructive work that would have been needed had I not found CPR. After CPR's camera work, and explanation of their low/no-dig approach to provide the least amount of destruction through their liner services, I am beyond happy to have given them the go-ahead to resolve the issues they found. CPR has my highest recommendation! If you need expert plumbing work done right, with a side of A+ customer service, these are the people to call. Because of the amazing warranty on the labor and materials, and I hope that Tony doesn't take this wrong, but it seems that I'll never have to see him or use his services again. They coordinated the repairs, reseeding the lawn after filling in the access to the outside drain line, everything!
The CPR team, is led by the Amazing Tony. He has raised the bar of expectations for other home repair and contract services. If you're in Huber Heights, and in need of these types of repairs, this linerless approach is what you need. It is all but priceless because it saves you from extensive destruction to your foundation. Huber is notorious for cast iron drain lines, under foundations without access for repair, and in those plats built in the mid 70's (and later) like my home. Tony, Thank You!!
I had a lot of tree roots getting to my sewer drain. I decided to have CPR come and install the liner in my drain before there was a break down of the sewer line. They were the most professional young men that I have ever worked with. They called ahead of time to let me know what time they would be there and kept me updated as to what step they were in the process. They also fixed an issue I had with an additional washing machine drain. When they left, they cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed working with them. I was very happy that they did not have to touch my yard.

Waste pipes were in pretty bad shape. Crew did a great job replacing the cleanout, clearing and cleaning old pipes, then installing new liner to seal breaks and cracks. Just two days and all is well with no yard dug up. Guys did a great job. Were very friendly. Answered questions and kept me informed about the process.
I built a 14 ton stone bridge on top of my main sewer line and it broke the pipe. I called about 6 other companies that claimed they did pipe lining - all of them would not touch my problem!! I called CPR. Tony and his crew came in and did exactly what was needed to be done. I called CPR to come out to my place to fix my lateral that goes into my house. They replaced a fitting and then within the next week the fitting broke and they would not come back to fix it. They said it was my problem and would not give a refund either. They also asked to give them a 5 star review for cost off of my repair.

Inspection: Tony's team of Jathan, Zach and Josh came out to do an initial inspection. Very friendly -- interacted great with our children and our nosey dog. Throughly explained their findings and what the recommendations were. My wife and I were new to this process and they were patient and answered every question under the sun that we had. We never felt rushed to make a decision.
Installation: Tony's team came back out for the work and did an amazing job. After they finished their work they again explained everything they did, showed us camera footage of our new cured-in-place lining and answered all of our follow-up questions.
This is an amazing family-owned business that takes tremendous pride in all that they do. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process but also friendly -- it felt like we hired a family handy-man to come into our home to do the work.
We will be contracting with CPR again to finish some other projects and I would not recommend anyone else to use in the Miami County area.
