Unprofessional and disorganized service Our class experience was terrible. Initially scheduled for 1:00 pm, we were informed just two hours before that it was postponed to 2:00 pm. After arriving and waiting until 3:00 pm, the instructor never showed up. When we reached out to customer service for help, the representative was unprofessional and clueless about locating the instructor. No supervisor was available to resolve the issue. This lack of accountability and organization wasted our time, especially since we had taken time off work. Overall, a very poor and untrustworthy service.

Lashima was a great instructor. The location is great at the church at 4523 Six Forks Rd. I walked to Starbucks for coffee and on my way home collected Chipotle. All within walking distance. There is a Verizon store within 4-minutes walk. It was useful to know since to bring back an old phone.look for the red doors to enter the class.
