What could have easily been a 1-star experience turned into a 5-star one because of Dr. Tom, Elizabeth, and Lenny.
My mother had an issue a few weeks ago when she arrived for an appointment with confirmation texts, only to be told there was no appointment in the system. We understand that mistakes and technical issues happen. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Amber, was rude during that visit and again when my mother returned for her rescheduled appointment. My mom tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she still felt unwelcome and almost left.
Thankfully, she stayed. Elizabeth, Dr. Tom's assistant, immediately changed the tone of the visit. She was kind, attentive, compassionate, and had my mother laughing while getting ready for her exam. My mom said she felt like she was with family. Dr. Tom was, as always, warm, caring, and professional.
At checkout, Lenny continued the positive experience with her friendly personality and helpful guidance. She made my mother feel comfortable and well cared for.
Thank you to Dr. Tom, Elizabeth, and Lenny for turning a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience. They are the reason our family feels comfortable returning.

My wife and I went in for our exams and I just want to say that we were both very happy! Elizabeth was a great help, especially with my wife who had insurance issues at the time of her visit. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure her visit went smooth as can be. She even sent out the referral for my wife that was needed, so she didn’t have to stress about it. She was very kind, respectful, & very knowledgeable about any information we asked & most importantly she showed she cared 100% about each of us. Her friendliness, smile & laugh made us feel more welcome than we have ever felt! Dr. Tom was great as always! Best eye doctor around! He always makes us feel welcomed and truly cared for. The optical team were very smart and knew exactly what we wanted! Medric is always a stand up guy!

Purchasing new eyeglasses
I had a great experience thanks to Lenny, who helped me with my glasses. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was spot on with the accuracy of the lenses I chose! You can tell she really cares about making sure everything is just right which it absolutely was.
The entire optical team was friendly and welcoming, and the practice manager was also incredibly kind and helpful. It’s not often you find a place where everyone is so attentive and professional.
I highly recommend Coventry Eye Care Center if you’re looking for excellent service and a team that truly goes above and beyond in every way! Thanks to all of you for making this a positive experience and I’m very satisfied with the eyeglasses I purchased!

Just picked up new glasses with my husband, the ladies in the optical shop were absolutely lovely. They got us right in fitted us perfectly to our glasses and made sure we had all our script info. We've been coming here two years now and are very happy.

Eye appointments are always hit or miss for me. But my experience at Coventry Eye Care was extremely positive. From the moment I walked in, from the greeting at the front desk by Michelle to my technician Elizabeth. The technician was very polite and attentive. Overall a very pleasant eye appointment.
