I found this place whilst working in Woodcote. The staff a are very helpful and the variety of materials is very good great place for roofing materials.

Whoever is putting the positive reviews up for this business must be friends or employed by them. Unhelpful, miserable and too expensive ! Save yourself the pain and the money and shop elsewhere. The miserable coot in the barn was more interested in giving his lungs a harder fighting chance when covid comes calling than being bothered to get off his rear end to serve a customer that was going to put money their way. When he did realise the bones and muscles in his legs did still work he didn't realise that perhaps the facial muscles might operate too! What a dreadful experience I drove another 15 minutes and spent my money with DJ Giles at Stokenchurch. Dreadful dreadful experience ! if the old coot is an employee fire him !

Firstly, sorry your experience was less than ideal when you visited. Without going in to detail, which is a little difficult, the chap you speak of is not in the best of health and sometimes needs to take a moment or two away from customers et al. at these times he spends a few minutes in our staff room. I suspect that unfortunately your visit, and his break coincided.
Whilst we are doing what we can to support him we also strive to give customers great service too. It seems this time we fell short or our desired goal.
To alleviate the issue we have now opened a new shop and office so everyone is looked after well. When next you're passing, pop in and ask for me (Mark) I'll make you a cuppa and even provide a biscuit or two, as an apology.

Thanks for the feedback. We are indeed expanding our range. Just opening a new shop with sexy roofing and general building tools, awesome fixings, guttering, fascias, soffits etc etc. Too many to mention really. Pop back in and take a look! :)
