Avoid at all costs. A nightmare rental experience, un realistic model of renting, it is not developed as a residence where every tenant should have fully equiped rooms with AC or califaction, kitchenette, fridge, etc, and there is no monitoring or control over thier alleged "rules of coliving", and no professional support in arrising conflicts because of the breaking of rules by some tenants. If they dont want to interfere in arising issues between tenants giving you the same saved automatic answer " it is a matter of coliving" well, at least be honest about it either in your facilities or in your contracts, don't assume that califaction will be an included service, when there is no individual control over the tempreature at each room. Poor ventelation, no acoustic or thermal insuation. Sleeping by night is almost impossible and you would be sharing a flat with people that the company itself dont care to know or prove thier background. Exaggerate expensive in return of a very poor service, very unpleasant experience.
