Avoid at all costs. A nightmare rental experience, un realistic model of renting, it is not developed as a residence where every tenant should have fully equiped rooms with AC or califaction, kitchenette, fridge, etc, and there is no monitoring or control over thier alleged "rules of coliving", and no professional support in arrising conflicts because of the breaking of rules by some tenants. If they dont want to interfere in arising issues between tenants giving you the same saved automatic answer " it is a matter of coliving" well, at least be honest about it either in your facilities or in your contracts, don't assume that califaction will be an included service, when there is no individual control over the tempreature at each room. Poor ventelation, no acoustic or thermal insuation. Sleeping by night is almost impossible and you would be sharing a flat with people that the company itself dont care to know or prove thier background. Exaggerate expensive in return of a very poor service, very unpleasant experience.
and added to this they exhibit zero responsibility for anything, no honesty or integrity in dealing with the tenants complaints, the only rule they go by "deny always and forever, nothing is from thier responsibility" not even sending technicians on time...

Very good service! Their apartments are beautiful and have good location. I’m happy to stay in a cotown place. Highly recommended.

Los departamentos en Madrid se encuentran en muy buenas condiciones, espaciosos, iluminados y bien equipados. Los cuartos son amplios y la zona es buena. Todo fué muy bien y no tengo quejas hasta la devolución de mi fianza, el proceso fue muy tardado y me cobraron mas de 100 euros por toallas que fueron utilizadas y dejadas por mis compañeras de piso, situación que comente y no se me informo. Considero que fue un exceso lo que cobraron, siendo que no hubo daños en muebles, paredes, electrodomesticós o algo importante en el apartamento. La empresa responde a todas las necesidades que necesites cuando lo solicitas. Unicamente quedo con mal sabor en relación a la fianza ya que cuando otras personas también se ven implicadas en el apartamento considero debe existir una mayor inspección y protocolo

For me it was the best option while living in Barcelona ! Great location, the apartment was super and the team always there to help me with everything!
