Do not buy from these scammers; they have under 100 reviews and most likely purchased these reviews illegitimately. I purchased an item through BestBuy from them and they provided fake tracking information and refused to cancel the order when called out on it. I’m working with BestBuy and my credit card company to store it out at the moment. What a mess.

Your order placed through Best Buy was not cancelled by us initially. It was shipped out on November 28 via Day & Ross, and was already in transit when you requested a cancellation. Best Buy Marketplace does not allow cancellation once an item has shipped, which is why we explained this and provided the tracking details immediately.

Our team attempted to contact you multiple times by phone, voicemail, text, and email to confirm whether you wanted the delivery to proceed, especially since your order was scheduled to arrive much earlier than the promised delivery window. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response.

Because the carrier was ready to deliver and we still had no confirmation from you, we made the difficult decision to cancel the shipment with the carrier and issue a full refund. This was done to prevent further complications.

Regarding your comment about “fake reviews,” we want to clarify that Cosmic Homes has collected over 80 verified reviews naturally over the course of three years from real customers across Ontario and Quebec. If our intention were to manipulate reviews, you would expect to see hundreds or thousands of them—not the slow, consistent growth that reflects genuine customer experiences. We value honesty, transparency, and long-term customer trust.
