My partner stayed overnight after their top surgery, this is what they said: "first thing in the morning---I wasn't prepared at all... for how easy recovery would be with such an excellent team! Dr. Miles Berry is humble and talented. Very reassuring to have a doctor who knows what they're doing and can also have a laugh at the same time. Thanks to him and the excellent staff at the Cosmetic Surgery Partners London, I am able to start a new chapter in my life, something I have needed for a very, very long time. They made it happen in a way I wouldn't have wanted otherwise. They know what they are doing, so much so I was able to take public transit after discharge with no issues!

Fantastic experience from start to finish and I was very pleased with my result , even though it's only been 2.5 weeks . I highly recommend Mr Douglas , my surgeon , as he is extremely skilled at his job and a very understanding man who I completely trusted throughout the process. All of the team including the nurses and manager are friendly and caring and willing to answer any questions. The aftercare is superb and I really recommend my surgeon and the practice. I had a brow lift, neck and lower face lift , fat Grafts and upper eyelids. My face looks very natural and youthful.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. All the nurses and staff were incredibly lovely, professional, and attentive, making me feel very comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. I truly felt like I was in very good hands — the surgeon and his team were amazing, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt at ease before and after the procedure. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience, and I would highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience with Mr Andrew Douglas for gender Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been highly professional, kind and patient throughout the whole process and reassured me at every step. I am still in the process of healing, but I feel very cared for by both he himself and Nurse Lindsey, who is in regular correspondence. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in a similar position to me - struggling with their physical gender presentation and needing a professional to help and advise on the best course of action to alleviate dysphoria. Mr Douglas takes gender issues very seriously and does his best to advise on a case-by-case basis - and I'm confident he is educating himself by speaking with other leading trans/LGBTQ+ healthcare professionals. CSP feels like a safe space for everyone, especially gender-inccongruent folks.

He’s calm, kind, and clearly takes pride in getting the best results for you, not just the textbook answer. The hospital team on the day were also outstanding — warm, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. A special mention to the wonderful anaesthetist who made the experience far less nerve-wracking than I expected.

Very kind and helpful staff who all respected my name and pronouns, anesthetist was super lovely trying to reassure me that everything would be ok. Nurses were mostly nice and helpful when it came to administering medication and providing me with food (I had a lot of nausea so I swapped the proper hospital meals for just fruit and bread which they were happy to do). They were quick to respond if I pressed the call button regardless of the time, and were helpful loosening my compression socks at midnight 😅 They helped me pack the following morning, gave me clear instructions on my medication and the receptionist kindly helped with getting my bags into the taxi to go home! Went back the following week to get the bandages taken off, and the nurse was very helpful in explaining how to take care of myself post-op and to call or email if I had any queries (when I have contacted them they were quick and helpful with their responses). I was also given a handout to take home with care instructions, dressings and extra post-op binder, and received a follow-up email with a video explaining exactly how to apply my dressings in case I'd forgotten how to do so from the appointment. Overall a great experience and I have been healing well since. Looking forward to going back for my 6 week review with Miles Berry :)

Recently had top surgery at this clinic with Mr Miles Berry and I could not reccomend a better clinic. All my questions and concerns were answered promptly beforehand and all the admin work was easy and well explained. The care during surgery was fantastic, all the nurses were so lovely and helped me with whatever I needed throughout the night. The aftercare so far has also been amazing, any concerns Ive had they have answered and have also seen me for an extra check up the next day. If your looking for somwhere to have a stress free expereince, this is the clinic.
