Was referred to them by another lawyer. Consultation and intake was going alright but i guess she (Faith Lang) forgot to mute because i could hear her badmouthing me saying that I keep asking questions and that she wants me to go to another firm. Was honestly pretty shocked at the switchup because she would tell me the complete opposite after she thought she unmuted me saying i had good questions and that she understands that it's a big decision. Very two faced and left a bad taste in my mouth. I can only imagine how that translates into the work that they do. Ended up signing with Monge and associates. Much friendlier and way better process and systems in place it seems (automated texts, prompt replies, provides consultation on topics outside of scope of the case, etc). Definitely goes the extra mile.

I had a telephone conversation with Rashunda who is connected to the Cory Watson firm. Rashunda was so pleasant and informed regarding an online submission I had submitted regarding a very sensitive matter pertaining to the death of my daughter. She navigated her questions and inquiries so gently and kind while remaining on track to complete her portion of the matter which required somewhat detailed and sensitive information. Rashunda had a way of shaping the most terrible situation I have ever experienced so far in my life into one of honor and respect of my daughter. Rashunda is an absolute asset to this firm as well as being extraordinarily and unbelievably kind. My appreciation goes to you, Rashunda.
