I am deeply grateful for Michael Hack and the support he has given to me and my family. During one of the most difficult and stressful periods of our lives, Michael was consistently kind, patient, and incredibly professional. Our sessions were not about issues within our marriage, but about facing an extremely challenging external situation together. My team used their beautiful conference room for our yearly calendaring meeting. This office is so unique in that as soon as you walk in the door, you feel peace. Both Michael and Jennifer made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to have a successful meeting at their facility! My therapist, Donna really listens and prescribes CBT tools to help me work through my anxiety, all personal and family challenges (at the same time) with patience and understanding. Michael was a great individual to get counseling from. I initially read all the reviews first before picking him and now im writing a review myself. I initailly left an email seeking services late on a sunday and was called back the next day and after discussions about what I was looking for I had my first appointment that day. My spouse and I have been visiting with Michael for 6 weeks now. This is the first time my husband has liked a counselor, related to him and participated in the process of healing. Michael keeps weekly tabs on you unlike most counselors see you once a month. In my experience, when I wait a month to see another counselor, it’s hard for them to remember my situation and why I’m seeking professional help. Michael is up to date, interactive and expects us to complete our homework which helps offers techniques on communication, anxiety, and others outside stressors affecting my daily life. My husband is a 20 year Veteran police officer. Men of service have seen/experienced things that people outside law enforcement can’t understand. Michael’s experience and background is relatable to people like my husband.
