A few weeks ago I saw a Stair Lift in a friend’s house & thought that would be ideal for me as I’ve had operations on my legs & hate the stairs with a vengeance. My friend said if you’re going to purchase be sure to get it from Cork Stairlifts as they’re fantastic !! I was browsing their site that night online & saw just what I wanted as was neat & our staircase is very steep. I told my husband I was filling in online form to show my interest & ask about prices & would they travel to Rosscarbery.This was Thursday night before last long weekend. The following morning there was an email from Ber answering all my questions in detail & quoting a very lucrative price & she explained we could claim back the VAT in full after installation & payment in full which was a great incentive. She explained that one of the team would contact me & arrange a visit to our home to measure etc. John rang on Tuesday & said he would be down that afternoon to measure up. True to his word he arrived as promised & was so nice & friendly he’d put you at ease right away. Our stairs is straight & any query we had was answered in an intelligent way. I said how long would it be before getting it installed. My eyes popped when he said he’d get it done on Friday as it was straight. Imagine my delight when the Cork Stairlift Van pulled up outside on Friday morning. The fitter brought in his gear & got to work right away after introducing himself as Eugene ,a friendly happy man at his work . I can’t exactly say how long he was here as had no need to watch him, he never stopped working & was one fantastic, happy worker who certainly knew his trade. He explained all about the lift when he had finished & gave us any do’s & don’ts & went through every aspect of the workings, care etc. It’s a very easy machine to manoeuvre, we settled with him & he stayed until we were sure about all the workings etc.& he left place spotlessly clean after him. It was the best money we ever spent & now I have no excuse not to go upstairs . Thanks a million Ber, John & Eugene . Cork Stairlifts are the people to deal with as they have the know how & do a fantastic job & quick installations. I’ve christened it “My Bessie” as I feel FREE once again.

We recently had Cork Stairlifts fit a Platinum Stairlift for us, the Service we got from the first day I rang to enquire about one as we needed one as soon as possible , From the day John came out to us , to the stage of the Job being fully completed was so professional and I would highly recommend them . It was a bit dauting to think we would have to do this but they made it so easy, explained the whole thing and made the whole process very easy on us and and of course my dad, thank you John, Caroline, Ber, Eugene and all the team .

Absolutely delighted with the service from Cork Stairlifts. From the first phone call to complete installation of the stairlift, the team at Cork Stairlifts were friendly, helpful, understanding and efficient. Install was complete in just over half a day, with a minimum of fuss, no mess whatsoever, a full explanation of how the stairlift works, and multiple trial runs to ensure everything was in order. I can wholeheartedly recommend the team and the product from Cork Stairlifts - my Mam is a very happy customer.

I found the company very professional ,practical and efficient in my dealings with them. John and all the team were friendly and down to earth good people. Very pleased with my Home Glide stairlift recently installed by Cork Stairlifts. The whole process, organised by John, couldn’t have been more hassle-free. The installation took about two and a half hours.

Cork stairlifts recently installed a HomeGlide stairlift at my sister's house. This only took a couple of hours. John Lyons initially called to her and explained everything about it in great detail. Contacted Cork Stairlifts as we required a stairlift immediately. John was able to sort everything within a week, it was fitted checked and ready to go amazing service. Caroline and Ber dealt with the office side and sorted payment invoice and any questions I had. We are delighted with the service and also the peace of mind. Thanks again

An excellent, efficient, keenly priced service is provided both at installation and afterwards for routine maintenance. All of the staff are friendly and the engineers were very respectful towards my elderly parents.
