I have been meaning to write a review for months, the guys helped me out when my hair salon got into a jam, they rang within twenty minutes of emailing them , and hour later they called out . They installed a new system for me and I have had absolutely no issues since , perfect hot water every day nonstop , this may seem normal ,but for us is a luxury as iv had so many issues throughout the years. I couldn't fault them , outstanding job, lovely fellas had a good laugh with them the day of installation. I'd have no issues recommending them to anyone

If I could give no stars I would, my partner has tried ringing this company all week with no answer, their voicemail says to contact them via WhatsApp. We did this and they responded agreeing they could help but when asked to confirm a time they just stopped responding, while clearly being active on their WhatsApp. I have never seen unprofessionalism like this before, just say no to the job, don’t ‘ghost’ customers, it’s literally your one job. Such a pity because I can clearly see other people had a nice experience with this company. I will now have to wait longer to get this problem resolved because these people lead us to believe they would do the job, it’s just so upsetting.
I would highly recommend this company. I dealt with Cian and he worked tirelessly to fix the many issues in my rented accommodation ie.leaking roof, blocked drains and broken boiler. He was honest about the things that he couldn't address, clearly explained why, and offered alternative solutions. He also dealt with my difficult landlord (dodgy boiler was uncertifiable and needs to be replaced). It was such a pleasant surprise to deal with such a competent professional who seemed happy to do his job to a high standard. Unbelievable service all round.

Fantastic service. John organised a quick call out for an urgent leak. Owen did a great job and left the place spotless. Used again for a second larger job and again so quick to come out and always on time leaving the place as clean as they can. Great customer care and such a pleasure to deal with.
Best plumbers I found in cork. had 2 plumbers out already about boiler issue and came up with all wrong theories and big quotes.
Shane had it fixed in 10 mins. Highly recommend if you want plumbers that know what they're doing, price fair and care about their customers. Really great service.

I was looking for some plumbing work done in my home. After 2 other plumbers hadn’t bothered to even turn up and give me a quote I came across these lads.
From the first meeting I had with John he took control of everything he got me the quote the following day and had everything organised and ready to go in days.

One of the guys came out st the start no problem and priced the job . It was a disability grant to redo the bathroom . It did take a while for it to be granted so contacted them to call out and we go over everything again . They told me two we'd they call no one showed I rang and rang . I sent message saying if ye didn't want the job why did you tell me . Just wasting my time . So unprofessional which is a shame as you don't get that impression when he first called to the house. In future lads just let people know if ye not interested in job .

Well let's put into perspective
We took a call from you approximately over 1 year ago driving 60 kms from our office approximately 1hr drive .
Went trough the grant progress with you design etc spent an hour there ,drove back to office another hour and spent time doing up a quotation took another few hours so here we are over 14 months later you called office as they said we were busy at the moment and the next time we're in your locality we would call in and take a look at the grant requirements again and go trough the process again spend those hours going trough the job again there's no problem but unfortunately
We were not in your area as we mentioned to you we had to wait a year for a call back and you couldn't wait a few weeks when we would have provided another call free of charge to you to your door . I thank you for you patience and your feedback

I can't recommend Cork Plumbing highly enough.Shane is a pleasure to deal with ,very helpful and efficient. He's an expect at his work and it's so great to be able to trust somebody when you need a job done .My boiler broke down and he came to the rescue quickly and sorted it out with lots of advice too .Very reasonable cost for the work and priceless to me to get the job done .Thanks a million I really appreciate it .
First response to my emergency. No heating for 4 days. Shane contacted me and called when he said he would.He found the fault and quickly sorted it without fuss or mess. Really grateful and impressed with everything. Many thanks 😊
Disappointed. SIgnificantly overcharged for the work the did. Had requested for 2 radiators to be dismounted to allow for plastering of walls, then reconnected. Post reconnection, they spent 4hours waiting for water to recirculate. Finally they left, with our large entrance radiator not working fully, having been blocked. Was busy with delivery of new baby etc. so did not have time to follow up. But poor heating and cold significantly evident this season. Had sent a feedback/complaint email, but they have not bothered replying.
Furthermore, my mother had requested a call out to get her boiler checked. She was charged an extortionate amount for having had nothing done, other than saying she needed it replaced. She had to call another plumber to service it. She contact them several times, but no reply. I paid her bill out of goodwill. Emailed feedback but no reply.
Hi sorry to hear you didn't appreciate us calling and taking radiators off the wall and completing a job for you at short notice .
We did our utmost to get your system working but it was such an old system full of sludge and sediment that we had issues getting water back into the system due to the age of it with old radiators anyone doing same job would have incurred the same issues unfortunately. If we could have been contacted by the phone number you used to contact us or text like you did previously.
You could have also sent a direct message to me regarding same and this could have been dealt with promplty unfortunately you have left this for 6 Mt's before replying on new years eve 6 or more months later I send my apologies for the one radiator not working effectively enough for you .
We also need to charge for our time and if you need any further assistance on this you can call directly .
