We went from our first contact with Erin to closing in 32 days -- amazing! We had done our homework in advance, but Erin found us many houses that we had missed, and all of the ones we liked best were found by her, not us! We flew in to see houses, and she made good use of our time -- in three days we found the one we wanted. I think of myself as a good negotiator, but she got us a fair price that was better than I expect I would have gotten on my own. Because we were out of town she came by the house and facetimed us into the home inspection. Overall, we could not have been more pleased! Erin had been recommended to us by a realtor we know from another office of the same company, and we would recommend her to you!

We lost out on our first offer, and within days she had me looking at a better property in the same community. From there it became a marathon — moisture findings on inspection, contractor estimates, multiple contract amendments, a remediation, and a meaningful seller credit she negotiated through several rounds with the listing agent. What set her apart: • Proactive communication. She checked in to confirm I had title’s wire instructions and cash-to-close figure ahead of closing. Same-hour replies throughout, including weekends and evenings. • Coordination across every party. Title, lender, specialists, contractors, home warranty, listing agent — she kept all of them moving in parallel and chased documentation directly when things stalled. • Patience over urgency. When the appraisal hit a snag and I declined to sign a waiver, her response was “let’s not rush anything — better to do it properly.” She pushed the closing back rather than cut corners. • Looked out for my wallet. Made sure I didn’t pay any upfront fees on the home warranty and suggested wiring funds the day before close so I’d get keys the moment we signed. • Negotiation discipline. Held the line on repairs being completed rather than letting the seller convert them to credits. If you want an agent who treats your transaction like it’s her own capital on the line, hire Gordana.
