We had a great experience with CPC Solution in Singapore. The service was carried out in two clear stages, starting with a diagnostic visit yesterday and followed by a repair visit today. Technician Saravana attended first to inspect the issue and quickly identified the likely cause. This initial assessment helped set the direction for the repair work. The next day, technician Chan Kok Wai returned to carry out the repair, and the issue was resolved efficiently without unnecessary delays. Overall, the coordination between both technicians was well managed. The process felt organised, with the first visit focused on diagnosis and the second visit focused on a practical and effective fix.

Pros: - competitive pricing - customer support indeed responds fast - their technician usually able to come within the same day Cons: - refurbished printers -> mine had many small problems, needed a lot of fixing. thankfully CPC provides this as part of the 'insurance' already so no extra cost. - **their accounts team hasnt gotten back to refunding me for almost a month** -> as it seems there was a mess up in their GIRO deduction that over-deducted even though I already paid. Very frustrating. Edit: - their accounts team has finally refunded, edited this rating up to 3 stars!
