I recently had my kitchen sink drain cleaned out. Was severely clogged,first tech came , worked extremely hard for 2 1/2 hrs , 4 attempts, with no success. Needed 2nd tech to come with camera to see, worked very hard and got success after 2 tries ! YAY !! Both men arrived as scheduled & excellently cleaned up area after service ! Both very knowledgeable about plumbing issues! I’ve also used them for A/C system maintenance,again very knowledgeable! I will definitely use Semper Fi in the future and will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone that needs service. THANK YOU SEMPER FI ‼️‼️‼️

I had warranty service done on my mini split that was in my garage. There was a peculiar issue that required loading refrigerant during the winter time. The service technician, Abel Sanders, had to make numerous calls to the manufacturer to sort out the issue. He stayed with it and persisted until a successful solution was found. Return the next day and fix the unit. Great service and great follow up. Thank you.

I had trouble turning on the heat pump. It was the first time I need to turn on the heat since the unit was installed last year. However, the semper fi specialist came in and showed me how to program the thermostat so that it would work. He was very friendly and helpful. He even replaced new filters for me. Thank you so much! They didn't charge me anything.

Daniel came out for the water heater and Chris came out the same day but for the air conditioners. Both were outstanding!!

And pleasant. From speaking with both of them they enjoy where they work and who they work for. That in itself says everything. If I wasn't retired, I would want to be there as well😊 If we can...we would like both of these Gentlemen to come to our house should anything else arise. Thank you!!

The representative was efficient and the new unit was installed the very next day and we got money back for that. It was great. Military discounts. I definitely recommend them.
