I really did appreciate the service. While I still feel the price was a bit high for the work done, the quality of the service itself was absolutely 5/5. I’d be happy to have it done again given the chance. EDIT: Added photos to show the final result. The gas control valve was the primary part that needed replacement, but the technician also offered to replace any additional components if needed (e.g., the thermopile or spark igniter). He was very knowledgeable about the system and walked me through the next items to keep an eye on over the coming months and years before they become major issues. He also took the initiative to place an additional diagnostic code sticker, since the original installers had put the first one in a poor spot under the belt. Overall, again, beautiful job.

I recently had my kitchen sink drain cleaned out. Was severely clogged,first tech came , worked extremely hard for 2 1/2 hrs , 4 attempts, with no success. Needed 2nd tech to come with camera to see, worked very hard and got success after 2 tries ! YAY !! Both men arrived as scheduled & excellently cleaned up area after service ! Both very knowledgeable about plumbing issues! I’ve also used them for A/C system maintenance,again very knowledgeable! I will definitely use Semper Fi in the future and will ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone that needs service. THANK YOU SEMPER FI ‼️‼️‼️

I had warranty service done on my mini split that was in my garage. There was a peculiar issue that required loading refrigerant during the winter time. The service technician, Abel Sanders, had to make numerous calls to the manufacturer to sort out the issue. He stayed with it and persisted until a successful solution was found. Return the next day and fix the unit. Great service and great follow up. Thank you.
