Semper Fi's tech Rodney was GREAT! Rodney is very friendly, and knowledgeable. Rodney explained everything he was doing and what the function of the part he replaced. Not that I understood everything what he was saying BUT it was very nice that he took the time to explain! Thank you!

I scheduled Semper Fi to come out and perform a preventative maintenance tuneup on my nine year-old air-conditioning system. The scheduling was quick and easy. They showed up on time and were very professional. They took the time to explain my system to me and how it works and took pictures of the critical items that they thought should be handled right away to keep my system running efficiently. They replaced a couple of critical items and within an hour, I was up and running. They also do duct cleaning. Thank you!

Summer coming on strong & our HVAC unit showing signs of needing service so I contacted SemperFi to book an appointment for inspection. Damon answered the call & was so helpful to book someone to do that same day. Chris arrived that afternoon and did an entire look over ground to attic. He took video of how our two units were serving 2 different parts of our house and snapshots of how the gauges were reading and also the parts of the system that were no longer working. He sketched the process out and what was in need of replacement-repair was not optional . The system was original in a house 26 yrs old! We said we would like to have SemperFi do the job. Next morning Britt and Caleb tackled the job of removing the old and replacing with new-also replacing fasteners and pipes etc. that were in need of changing out. Early afternoon they showed us how to operate the new thermostat . Swept, vacuumed , loaded trash in the company cleanup truck and drove away leaving not a visable trace. Shock and awe in a good way.
Everyone with SemperFi we've had contact with has been informative, patient, respectful & kind. Being a veteran owned company, this did not surprise us. The training shows. We love our service men & women.

I wanted to have Semper FI out for Cleaning and Inspection of my 26 Year Old Hvac because of what I have seen the company do for Veterans and our Community recently on the news. The Tech arrived early and was one of the nicest and most professional techs I have ever had to my home for work. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner! They came out on time and very professional. They showed pictures and explained everything that they saw with the inspection!!! They did maintenance for free because I needed two new veribae speed fan motors which is very costly but with military discount and special pricing it was great!
