What can I say. I was assigned to one of the best. Alberto Hernandez has always came thru in fixing my problem with my AC. So I highly recommend this company and Alberto Hernandez not only is he fast but very good at what he does. I greatly appreciate it. I rate the highest a 5. But in reality my rating is 1000 Percent!!!! Im proud to say that I have a AC tech for my issues when they occur. Thank-you all of summit A/C and heating. Keep up the fantastic job y'all are doing.

Kenneth was fantastic at explaining my options, letting me know what absolutely needed to be fixed today vs what he recommends having done soon. The work was fast and efficient. Very satisfied with my experience. Update: we ended up deciding to replace our entire system and contacted Summit again. First, they took the cost of the original repairs they did off the cost of the new system which was great. Adam's team, who did the replacement were professional, very efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Another fantastic experience with Summit. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. They were always forthcoming with their recommendations and everyone from their phone rep, to Kenneth, to Adam and his team were awesome.

I am a disabled woman with 2 children who has asthma. We bought a new HVAC system 1 year ago. It is a Goodman. However, yesterday the compressor broke. Karen was a great help, but Ryan seemed to not care at all. He never offered a portable AC until our part came in, and that is going to take 7-10 days. I can't tell you how livid we are. I asked the owner, Sean, to call me, but he couldn't care less! Don't use this company because when it comes down to us buying this unit, he came to our home and said if we needed him, just to call, so that was a lie. We are still in our house without AC at 110 degrees. I will never use this company again. They only want the money and kick you to the curb when they get it! Go with another company, not this one, or you will be sorry just like my family. 😔😭 Let me be really clear! We brought this unit on 7/19/23. From November of 2023 until 5/15/24 this unit was used! We don't turn on the heat! So actually we have only used this unit 5 months in 2023 and 3 1/2 months in 2024 How could this family-owned business not care about this😡😡So horrible and it's 1:23 and Ryan still hasn't called me about the portable AC 😔 9/9/2024 All is well. My A/C is working fine. I would like to thank Karen for all of her help.
