I had Cordell install four units a couple of years ago and then another two more recently. They did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them. They’re easy to work with, respond quickly, and make sure everything is done to a high standard. The wiring was neat and the indoor wiring practically invisible, and they were very helpful on site—explaining everything clearly.
The units themselves are amazing - very quickly producing heat or cold. A total gamechanger - we can now keep each room at the right temperature all through summer and winter (including only having them on when somebody is in a room, unlike central heating).
I did have one minor issue with some tubing that developed a small leak I didn’t notice right away, which caused slight damage. Cordell handled it brilliantly and refunded me for the damage immediately. Overall, I’m a very happy customer and only wish I’d gone bigger from the start—I installed a five-outlet system thinking I might expand later, but now I wish I’d opted for six.

From the initial visit to assess our needs and provide a quote through to completion of the works, Cordell Engineering was fantastic. The admin staff in the background was very helpful and replied promptly to any queries. On the day of installation, the three man team arrived promptly at eight a.m. as stated and left at 2.00 p.m. having installed two units for us. We live in an old house and they encountered some unexpected wiring in one of the walls which could have created a lot of problems for a less experienced team, but they quickly figured out a work around. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and talked me through how to use the app to control the units remotely. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
