Really appreciate that they took the time to explain the process completely.
The only company ever checked to see if my current CO2 and Smoke Detectors worked and asked how recently my vents were cleaned.
Signed up for their annual service plan to insure that the factory warranty remained active.

PS. I'm not going to miss the three propane tanks and Buddy heaters that got me through those recent 13 degree days.

Very prompt...showed up same day. Nick was professional, clean, and very up to date on technology. I hired him to do a 3rd party check on our furnace to validate a warrantee claim with another HVAC company. It was important that the technician be NATE certified, and so I was glad to find Nick and Cool Ducts. we had a good chat about electric vehicles too, just a great guy.
