The customer service has been great, but the air conditioner installation was a nightmare. My experience with Cool Channel has been very disappointing. After seeking a second opinion, I discovered that both the installer and the serviceman did a poor job. A few months after installation, I noticed severe sweating around the unit. During the chemical and regular cleaning, I realized that the installer had used welding for the copper pipes, which made it very difficult for the serviceman to perform a thorough cleaning. This has caused significant inconvenience.

Very professional team of folks whom i engaged to service my air con for a few times. There is usually a slot in the same week, if not the next day for servicing. They are so trusting that they will complete the servicing without asking for payment upfront, and I'll paynow in the evening after I got home to check that all units were cold.
Recently, after one servicing, I got an error resulting in the units not working, the team came down to take a look. They solved the issue and asked me to monitor if the problem comes back, at no extra cost. Really nice of them especially post-service
