Craig was prompt , knowledgable , honest and pleasant. He also explained things where I understood them and didn't try to add on unnessessary "needs" to rack up charges either , which was important to me..Very reasonable priced service contract as well. This company doesn't try to take you to the bank. Nice change from the last company I dealt with. I will continue to do service with Cooks. Decent , honest , knowledgable companies are getting harder to find to do business with.

The worst decision was to buy an AC from this company. Not only were we overpriced , it’s a four year old unit and has broken down more than 5 times and then they do not even answer the messages requesting service. They have an answering service that forwards the calls and you NEVER get a callback. You end up paying other companies even though your supposed to be under a fake warranty. RUN! Predatory business practices.
