Our A\C went out on a Sunday in Mid July. Iwas only able to get one answer on the phone that day and it was Cook's. They understood my problem andhad a tech there the next morning. Not only were they able to locate the problem but also showed us the difference between replace or repair ,being as the unit was close to 30 years old we decided to replace even though it was repairable. To get us thru the warm days they were able to make us comfortable with some window unit. As soon as the new unit was ready they were on spot with getting it installed.
I want to tel everyone there thank you. The office personnel were great as to keeping us informed, the technicians were professional in all aspects. Along with making the customers feel relaxed with the whole process.
Also a special thank you to Jerry for answering that phone call on Sunday.

I called and talked with answering service for an estimate on a replacement of my 50 yr old downdraft AC unit “Barbra “ called back and left message . When o returned the that call no one knew who Barbra was . The girl that did answer could not formulate a coherent question or answer . She could not understand WHY I may want to replace a working unit , nor could she give me a solid time to send out someone for an estimate .
“Between 9 and 12:00 “ is what cable people say ….NOT reputable supposedly local company ! Pass these people by if you want personal local quality service

Chris did a great job communicating about time of visit and walking us through the process. He got done in a timely manner and I appreciate the extra mile confirming we wouldn’t have issues when we switch the heater on. We love our 2 time a year check and helps me not stress about the ac going out in summer.
Chris was very efficient, timely, polite, located the problem and had everything up and running beautifully in under an hour… excellent service all the way around.

Chris was very pleasant and professional….He had everything necessary to fix my air conditioner on the van… I was very surprised how quickly he was able to fix it. The cost was less than I expected. As a new customer, I’m so very pleased to have repairs done within 24 hours of placing a service call. Most definitely a happy customer. I highly recommend them .

Came out quickly was able to get our house from hot to comfortable quickly highly recommend the cook's air conditioning team for all HVAC and air conditioning repairs.
