My daughter like her year 7 class. But it's the comms is a bit difficult with them. No one's picking up the call in all options but you will see people are there in the reception and I don't get a better response to simple query in email that are answered after a few days, looks like canned message or AI.

horrible customer service, they take ages to respond and send fee requests 2 days before due. would'nt recommend to my worst enemy

My son has really benefited from the tutoring across the year. The tutoring and materials have been of very high quality. However, in the week before the exam things disintegrated. They reduced staffing at this point and reduce support.
Communications were extremely woeful just when support was most needed.
We didn’t have any luck contacting anyone via Contour themselves but received a response to this Google review. Contour have assured us that they will plan better next year.

The teachers are fantastic — patient, professional, and genuinely care about their students. My child’s confidence has grown, and we’ve seen great improvement.

This place is seriously amazing, a guy by the name of Viran called me personally to provide some support for my 3/4 exams. I am super stressed at the moment, but Viran gave me solid advice to remain calm and what to do in the following days leading up to the rest of my exams. The tutors have been really helpful in this area as well, they provided me with the best resources to stay prepared for my exams. I couldn't have asked for a better tutoring experience.

I love this place!
First off the tutors are some of the most like passionate and friendly people I’ve met and honestly helped me understand content so well.
I felt like the classes were always nice and they ensured that we understood the content and even checked with us individually to see how we are tracking. I found the schedule they taught at really helpful and the homework with the contour exams per term always kept me accountable.
Honestly couldn’t really think of a better place I could have gone for tutoring and give thanks to the team!

Contour Education saved me from the streets.
Before I joined, my grades were so bad my parents were this close to kicking me out of the house, and onto the streets. I was about to be doing Specialist Maths on the footpath with a stolen whiteboard marker. Then came James Lee, Bryan Chang, and Dinuja Senevirathne.
Within a few weeks, my grades went up and my parents let me sleep indoors again.

I've been attending Contour for the past 2.5 years. They have been able to find the perfect blend between an amiable culture and determination of pushing students to the best of their academic capabilities.
