I had a problem with my ECM unit and they were a lot of help Kristy in the service department was a Angel everyone in the shop showed nice hospitality.If I’m out in this area and have problems with my truck(hopefully not)I will go to them again.

They do great work. The team at Consolidated, Erica, Matt and Cory, worked tirelessly to get my old Ford 340A Tractor running when nobody else could, even fixing it at my home so i didn't have to haul it in. Thank you Erica, Mat and Cory. Great work!

Excellent service. Nick was on site within minutes at the end of the day to give us mobile service. Erica took care of all the details - towing, dispatch, shop assignments, and the technician Hunter went out of his way to get us covered under manufacturer's warranty. Thanks alot to everyone!

Broke down at the shipper in Alexandria, starter wire caught on fire and smoked my starter. Called Erica and explained the problem and asked if it was possible to come quickly, only because I had my 8 month old daughter and 4 year old son with me and it was hot outside. Not even 15 minutes later they pulled up, and brought and extra truck for my wife and children to sit in the A/C while they work. Words can't explain how grateful I was. Matt and Nick were awesome. Hard workers, knowledgeable, and caring. Got me fixed up and back on the road in a Jiffy!

This great team of mechanics are coming to my work yard and making repairs on my unit keeping me on the go during my normal hours of operation. This is a massive service due to the demand put on us at BrightSpeed Fiber to complete our daily tasks. Big thanks to Royce and Erica for getting me off the side of I-49 on February 28th with a blow out even though tire service is not really their specialty. Photo depicts Royce removing his wheel and tire off of his unit to put on mine to quickly get my back on the road as I did not have a spare. I highly recommend Consolidated, professional hard working people.

I had a bad injector and I took it to consolidated for repairs within a matter of days after the warranty approval my truck was back on the road. Ironically I was under a load and I had my truck back in a timely fashion to make my delivery. The service was second to none! Ashton the administrator kept me updated daily and went out her way to relay messages between me and the shop. She didn’t have to but was very polite and understanding. TJ and Jermy were the two main guys that I dealt with and when I say they were reasonable and fair, that’s exactly what I mean. I could not have taken my truck to a better shop. When your service is top tier you have customers for life. Thank you consolidated truck parts!

Long overdue review. Silver 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Throttle position sensor Around this time last year, TJ and the team at Consolidated truly came through for me and my family. When just about every other diesel mechanic was booked solid until after the holidays, TJ didn’t hesitate to help. As an active-duty Air Force member, I needed to get back to work quickly—my leadership was expecting me back, and my truck was my only way home. TJ showed genuine care and professionalism by taking on the job, getting my truck repaired, and making sure it was safe for a 14+ hour drive. Thanks to him, I made it home without a single issue. It’s rare to find mechanics with both skill and heart, and TJ is exactly that kind of person. Thank you, TJ. I 10/10 highly recommend Consolidated to anyone who needs honest, reliable service—especially when you’re in a bind.
