Very much appreciated Shylo. Kitchen floor epoxy is one of our favorites. It's a lot of work in one place and building a relationship with the client while we are on your flooring project is awesome. The epoxy flooring products we had to use in order to properly prepare your floor are some of the best in the game.
It is always nice to take a break from concrete polishing or garage flooring projects. Sealing the floor properly is key to a waterproofing job, it requires fixing any cracks or seams and filling all of the holes with the correct epoxy project. Once complete we use the best sealers in the game that can be used on wood, tile and even concrete! I hope your floor lasts a lifetime and is just as durable and waterproof as you were hoping. Thanks Rosalynn! This was an interesting garage Flooring project that required a lot of concrete floor preparation. Removing the existing garage floor was a challenge but we had all the tools necessary to get it done. Epoxy garage floor projects are our specialty and we look forward to a challenge. It is a fantastic option for sealing concrete away from the hazards that lie within oil and salt deposits from winterizing. Thank you Richard! Every garage Flooring project we do is unique in its own way. Sometimes we have to level or flatten concrete. Sometimes its a simple as concrete sealing by simply grinding concrete to create a good texture for our epoxy coating to stick to. Garage floors typically require a topcoat consisting of polyaspartic or polyurea to make sure oil can not penetrate and there is proper slip resistance. Your project was one of the easy ones but we will never back down from a challenge if you want us to help on your next garage Flooring project!

This was a tough one to tackle Jesse. All of the exterior concrete was completely failing. First we had to fix the concrete by patching the cracks. Then we used epoxy to fill the defects in the concrete. Concrete grinding then flattened the concrete and prepared the concrete. From there we applied an epoxy coating with Sand broadcast which works by sealing concrete from outside weathering. A final sealer was then applied to make sure the job lasts a long time and is easy to clean when dirty!

Our concrete grinding techniques for this project might have gotten more refined than the concrete floor itself. The concrete polishing process we suggested was perfect for this floor. We were able to fill and fix the cracks which simultaneous flattened the concrete so there were no more trip hazards.
