Life Techs doesn’t just have amazing coaches and a welcoming community, they truly can change everything for the better. I watched my teens’s confidence soar after training with Curtis, Jess and Dana. When I got injured and could barely walk and my husband was recovering from surgery, Hakeem’s coaching and rehab skills got us back into our lives. They are flexible working with schedules and making the environment a safe, fun place to train. You can’t go wrong with such a great team of coaches who are truly there for you every step of the way.

Amazing small group training as someone just coming back from breast cancer and starting from Ground Zero, they have been very motivating and just a great overall atmosphere. I highly recommend if you’re looking to build strength with a great team of professionals.

Working out with Curtis at Life Tech has been a game changer on my fitness journey! I’ve been working out for years now but just now with Curtis on my corner I’ve been truly improving. He was able to help me with my weak knee; loosing weight and keeping my muscle mass has been the greatest achievement; I’ve been moving faster, lifting weights with amazing form and trying new exercises I never thought I would be able too. Curtis and the team has been amazing and a great energy to be around!!!

I started at Life Techs about 3 months ago, and it has been a complete game-changer. From the moment you walk through the door, the entire crew is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and creates such a positive atmosphere. While the whole team is amazing, I have to give a massive shoutout to Jess. I’ve worked with trainers in the past, but this place operates on a completely different level. Jess is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to flawlessly program around my shoulder limitation. Even though mechanically my shoulder will never have a full range of motion, my mobility, comfort, and strength have visibly improved because of her programming. Jess is an amazing listener who truly programs for my specific needs and skill level—expertly weaving in the functional mobility work that I so desperately needed without making me feel held back. Thanks to this team, I am back to lifting heavier, and after being stuck in a major rut, I finally feel like I’m moving forward and getting stronger every week. Most importantly, I’m actually having fun doing it. I had lost my love for lifting for a while, but Jess and the Life Techs crew completely brought it back. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The community and support at life tech is incredible. As an athlete, I highly recommend life tech to anyone at any stage of their career. The coaches here are super attentive and helpful. They personalize plans to individuals and groups so no matter where you are you are constantly improving. Plus the bathroom is always stocked with everything a girl could need!

I did lifts here before practice every week and I looked forward to it everytime! Good variety of equipment and the instructors (thank you Kurtis!) helped a lot with correcting form, challenging us, and recognizing when we’ve improved on something. I highly recommend coming here it’s a blast!

As a lifetime lover of lifting weights and then experiencing what it’s like to balance raising a family, a busy career, and all of life’s facets- I am beyond grateful for finding Life Techs! I called them in January of this year after seeing how conveniently located ( Wayland center) and how inviting the space and profiles of the coaches looked online——— it only took me 1 month to sign up for a full year. I work out with the coaches 4 times a week. They are professional and always tailoring to my needs and goals/ they alternate the program every few weeks/ and they make it BOTH fun and Functional! I am finally feeling like myself again- this place is a GEM! Everyone needs to try. ❤️👏👏👏👏

I signed my son up when he expressed interest in getting in shape but was worried he would hurt himself. Our goal with Lifetechs was for him to build strength and learn proper form, and also to establish an exercise habit and Lifetechs more than delivered. Not only does my son work out consistently with friends, but his confidence, motivation and mood have increased exponentially. I can't say enough about the supportive , positive environment at Lifetechs. I've started working out there on my own, and look forward to it every time.
