If you want professional service, look elsewhere. I called to inquire about thermal paste for a laptop repair and was met with instant hostility. The owner told me he 'wasn't wasting his time' and hung up. If this is how they treat potential customers on the phone, I definitely wouldn't trust them with my computer.
Travis was quick to respond, and gave me a significantly more reasonable quote on my repair than any other that I received. He worked incredibly efficiently; Travis finished my repair in less than an hour once he had the part!
Polite, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator, if ANYONE I know has problems with their pc or laptop, I will send them to Computer Repair Edmonton!

I sent in my laptop for maintenance and the next day it was ready. When I picked it up it was well cleaned, and I was informed that new thermal paste was applied.
I asked Travis several questions afterwards and he answered all of them precisely and in great detail.
Overall, a great experience.

Hi Bob I'm sorry you had this experience. You were informed every step of the way about the fixes for your laptop and elected for the free fix. Additionally as you can see from my other 5 star reviews I take my work very seriously and all machines are tested before hand off to the customer. The damage in the pictures you sent me look very much like a thumb pressed down on the screen. You were offered a fix for this additional issue, but declined with the addition of some fairly biting comments. This fix is still available to you of course..
Mr.Travis is an excellent person. He is patient, fun, and professional when it comes to computers. I was doing the laptop dust cleaning and thermal paste replacement service. He did it quickly and I can pick it up on the next day. However, I had a slight problem relating to my power-off section which drives me a little crazy. He helped me fix it remotely. He is 100% worthy oh BTW he charged me a fair price. 40% cheaper than my budget price.

Thanks for your kind words! It's unfortunate the other shop basically destroyed this thing to replace a battery and a charging port, and then lied to you because they botched the charging port repair. That kind of stuff doesn't fly at my shop.
