Today my wife somehow locked her screen on her IPhone11 Pro. Nothing we tried worked. She was in a panic and needs her phone as most of us do for everything. I called the Computer ER on BBd and the gentleman said “have her bring it in.” She arrived and explained her issues. The young man behind the counter was glad to assist. He stopped what he was doing to see about the issue. With a few buttons pressed and a little bit of patience, he had it back on to a fully functioning IPhone again!! We was amazing and when my asked him for the bill, he simply replied “No Charge.” We would have gladly paid whatever the bill was to bring it back. To him, it was an easy fix but to my wife it was amazing skills and knowledge to have it working again!! We have been there before and had glass replaced on an IPad and a few Laptops looked at and cleaned up so that is why we went there again. It would be hard to find a local Computer repair that can top this location. To the young man behind the counter… THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! Now I have a happy Wife!

I purchased a brand new Dell laptop one month ago from Best Buy. Woke up yesterday and the charger stopped fitting properly into the charging port. I took it back into Best Buy and they told me they would need to take apart the entire Motherboard as it’s connected to the charging place and would cost the amount of the laptop. I wanted a second opinion and brought it to Computer Emergency Room. Austin, who has helped me before and gave honest advice when my old laptop needed to cross over to the other side, took two minutes with tweezers and straightened a bent pin in the charger itself and it began to work again immediately. Didn’t charge me and even said this would have been covered under warranty through Dell. I will always come here for any repairs and recommend their service to anyone !!

Finally got tired of the issues and decided to take it to a professional this time. It was struggling to boot and this was the second time in a few months I'd had this issue. I also had a new 4TB hard drive (for drive consolidation) physically in, but not set up. They offered to set it up and do the drive consolidation for me if I wanted. I greatly appreciated this service, but I'm finding that it was a botched copy/paste job because I'm missing things. Particularly photo dumps from my phone. The system knows they should be there, but they aren't. I've gone in manually to where the system says they should be and they just don't exist. So now I need to buy a docking station so I can recover the pictures. They are super nice, but this is a huge oversight and I've possibly lost pictures because of it.

It is my pleasure to recommend COMPUTER EMERGENCY ROOM highly; and, without reservation. I had taken my LENOVO laptop to an alleged repair personality who had no physical business presence but, of course, was an "expert," with many years experience. My problem was with the camera, battery not holding a charge, and possible replacement of a motherboard. The "expert" secured a new camera, couldn't get it to work, stated it was not software but probably a motherboard issue, the battery needed replacement and it wasn't worth repairing as his charge would be $ 400 to $ 600. Took the computer here, in about 4 days, they diagnosed that a necessary cable was unconnected to the camera, the battery indeed held a charge and there was no problem with the motherboard. Austin wanted to charge me $ 70 for 1 hr. - I told him take $ 100. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism, communication skillset, settling realistic expectations and low charge. Happy to recommend and use them again !!!!

I received the best customer service from my local phone repair / computer repair shop. Had no idea they were located here in the New Tampa area and what a delight! In no time they replaced my screen protector to my satisfaction and was extremely courteous in the process. Way to go! Thank you again.

Austin was able to bring my wife's phone back from the dead. Battery got so hot it melted wires and the charging port and ruined the battery. He was able to order parts and get it running the next day. Saved a lot of stress and important info. Thanks austin and josh(I think).

Needed help getting a new laptop set up. I arrived ready to drop it off, but Josh jumped right in started on it. It didn't take long before he had removed the software that I didn't need and loaded what I wanted. Can't recommend this place and Josh highly enough!

Osten, has been a tremendous asset to your company!! He is extremely knowledgeable about repairing numerous computer issues that I have had over many months. He is very patient and always resolves my problems in a curteous and efficient manner. If I had my own company he would be my first hire!!!

I brought in my non-functioning laptop (which had been dropped) to be diagnosed and potentially fixed. It turned out to need a new motherboard, and Josh allowed me to swap out a board from an older laptop of mine. Josh also switched the screens which solved an issue I did not even know was occurring. Because I already had the parts, I was only charged for labor, and the price was very reasonable given the work that was done. I now have a working computer again! Josh was incredibly communicative throughout the process, and I definitely plan on brining my hardware back should any other problems arise.

Posting multiple reviews about the same thing is just trying to hurt a small business you came in and demanded that we warranty a repair that we did two years ago. We have a 30 day warranty policy and take very good care of our customers but that is an unreasonable request. Now you And your family pulse negative reviews because we wouldn’t warranty it two years later what kind of people are you?

Had my iPad here less than 2 years ago. They fixed a broken screen. Now the screen doesn’t work. The gentleman in the from was rude and rushed me through just wanting money to fix again and trying to rush me out because was asking questions. I wouldn’t recommend this place as the work they do doesn’t last. There are a lot of other places willing to help with better customer service.

I’m sorry to say this review is just plain silly we Warranty your broken glass on your iPad that you had fixed two years ago and it was clearly broken. We have a 30 day warranty and we stretch it to 60 days many times for customers but we do not cover stuff that was broken by their customer and we definitely don’t cover things two years later
