Today I took my PC to the guys as I was having issues with booting after building it. I have tried many troubleshooting options yet nothing worked. Maybe the guys have magic hands because it booted up for them the first time without issues. They also tested my display ports to make sure everything was working fine. Even though the PC required no repairs, I am writing a review, because these days it is quite rare to find people as honest and trustworthy as them. In the future if I'd have any issues with my PC, I will definitely take it to them. Thank you for your help guys!

I can't thank Computer Buddies enough for rescuing my data from a crashed drive, and fitting a new one - very quickly. They're very friendly, helpful and patient with those of us who are computer-illiterate. It's very reassuring to have my own IT department nearby. I would highly HIGHLY recommend computer buddies to anyone. Ben reinstalled Windows on two of my old laptops in past but this time I needed a new screen on my current lenovo. He recommend getting maker part instead of universal due to its being touchscreen. Explained what had happened and shown me. Very VERY pleased with the work and will use again in future. Thanks again 5 stars 🌟

I read so many excellent reviews and here is another one. I had to change my (very old) laptop and as I am a sole trader this terrified me as all my work is on it. Ben was excellent and calmly did the transfer so I was quickly back up and running. Fantastic service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Talked to Ben about an issue I was having with my laptop battery and he resolved the situation, explained what was wrong and was of course super friendly. He even told me how to remedy the situation myself, all in all an excellent person running an excellent business. Would highly recommend for anyone's tech needs, and I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Pc in loop after trying to prepare win 11 When trying to set bios setting on the motherboard . The PC decided to start looping trying to access windows. Totally locked out. Computer buddies resolved this by adding a new processor had purchased to be compatible with win 11 and managing to preserve all data, all within 4 hrs . Really pleased the problem was resolved and the system working as it should all at a reasonable price. (Currys take note) great service all round. Thanks

I went to Computer Buddies who have helped me more than once last .wednesday. I am an older lady who has used a computer for over 30 years and aquired some knowledge over the years. I dont like to be beaten but gave up trying to get rid of a print queue when printer says 6 documents waiting but go to printer and this says no documents. Ben was the lovely man who saved me yet again something i had tried to sort out for over an hour he cleared in 3 minutes. The best bit was if when you get home and there is still a problem call .me and i can hopefully help. Brilliant service very patient and does not talk down to you. I had loads of work to complete for church and Computer Buddies saved the day yet again. Thankyou Ben

Bes service in town Second time I have called upon them to solve a computer problem. Bloody marvelous! Their prices aren't just competitive they have to be the lowest in the industry, possibly because they are locally owned and operate out of extremely modest premises. Both of my computer problems were solved within hours, not days, hours! Would I go anywhere else? Ha ha!
