I love it the Doctor Who who treats me is the best I have had in my entire life, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the place is impeccable.
First time today, I embarked to my consultation at Complete Dental.
Dr. Patel and the staff are very welcoming.
This is KEY for me.....I have anxiety which causes me to deter my visits to the dentist.

We have been patients at this location since last year. The office repeatedly called (about 10 times) to reschedule our appointments due to changes in their office hours and pressured to rebook the same week. One voicemail left was unprofessional and the caller did not know the office phone number.
I was able to reschedule, but shortly after received a call stating that my children and I could no longer be seen at this location.
Very disappointing customer service, especially since the rescheduling was initiated by the office.
Warning!!! Complete dental is horrible I went there on June 10th of this year they told me that I needed a deep cleaning and that until I got it done they couldn't work on anything else. Didn't care about how I felt about a deep cleaning I tried talking to them and telling them that I don't want my gums being pulled away from my teeth and they said well we're sorry about that but that's what you have to do. They're very snotty they don't care about their patients or how they feel I advise anybody who has husky or any patient that goes there do not go to complete dental ever again there's scam artists all they want is the money. I did report them too the Connecticut dental State commissions/dental board and I reported them to husky for what they're doing to people. Apparently I'm not the only one who has been complaining about complete dental they're trying to scam people from what I found out they're trying to do procedures on people that don't need Certain procedures done all they want is the money from the state they are scam artists I am warning people now you're not going to get the care you deserve if you keep going to complete dental they made me feel so horrible
I was lucky enough to find another dentist that told me I didn't have to do a deep cleaning that everything was fine at least this new dentist that I found actually listens to my concerns and respects my decision
Had an appointment scheduled. Came to the location to find it close. I did not received any calls or emailed to canceled or reschedule. Waited for 15+ minutes just in case, but nothing.
And to answer to your message… The appointment was for my son. The page online still said this morning that it was opened since 8am. I had that appointment set for months, since his last visit with you guys. Like I said before no one bother to give me a call, message or emailed to said that you guys were not going to opened on the month of August or to rescheduled his appointment.
Complete Dental in North Haven has a wonderful staff. Pleasant receptionist, welcoming lobby, Nikolina was an excellent dental hygienist. My teeth never looked so clean and she made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Patel was thorough as well in explaining some further dental work I would need. Would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.
I have high anxiety when it comes seeing the dentist and I searched and read many reviews and testimonials before choosing Complete Dental. They are very patient and kind, they listened to my fears and made sure I was ok throughout my appointments. Dr. Patel was excellent! The entire staff here is very friendly! I also love that they have all the new technology! Highly recommend!! Thank you Dr.Patel and staff!
