Hired Compass to undertake an HR Audit / Review of a Family Office I had recently joined as COO. Really good interaction with Carrie and Paola across an abstract setup in terms of the Company's current state. We had a great experience with Compass SHPT for three main reasons.
First, the training itself was interactive, focused, very helpful, and professional.
Second, in terms of efficiency and creativity, they offered multiple methods — including personal online training and Zoom sessions — which helped us move quickly and engage different types of team members. As a result, we were able to complete the company-wide Sexual Harassment training within one month.
Finally, on the administrative side, working with Diana was a pleasure. She is pleasant, highly service-oriented, organized, and consistently helpful. The team was flexible and supportive throughout the process, adapting to our needs to ensure everything was completed on time.
Overall, it was an excellent experience both for me as the HR Manager and for the company as a whole.

I thoroughly enjoyed participating in this course, and feel I walked away more informed on the subject of Human Resources and the inner workings of management. My favorite parts of the course were the self-paced nature of the modules, as well as the weekly check-ins where we would interact as a group and share our questions and insights. I also appreciated having resources like a workbook and a library to use in case I needed further support!
