the compass team did return my security deposit or tell my why. 45 days to return sec deposit as well as 7 days after move out (per lease) to tell me about any damages. no response. first, thats illegal and second the lack of response over a relatively small deposit is odd. spent about 10k for 1 month btw. keep your lease and emails handy.

I rented a 2-bedroom apartment for my parents while they were visiting us. Hotels in the Seaport area are very expensive, especially for a month-long stay, so a friend recommended Compass to us. We were really impressed — great service and fair pricing. I’m happy that my parents were very satisfied with their stay.

I can't say enough about the experience with our stay at the Compass VIA apartment. The apartment was spotless with all the conveniences needed for our stay. If felt like being home. The beds and linens felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. The receptionists in the lobby were friendly and helpful. Compass has certainly crafted their proffession!

Lovely neighborhood and a beautiful place. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Our stay there was very comfortable and it truly felt like home away from home. The staff members that I interacted with were kind and courteous. The building itself is very clean and quiet and so is the neighborhood. There is a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place.

My experience renting from Compass Furnished Apartments was excellent. We found a perfect unit in a new, modern, clean building. The apartment was prepared for my stay perfectly. It was nicely furnished, adequately supplied and absolutely spotless. I had only one minor issue when I moved in and Compass addressed it immediately. (It was actually a building issue that they dealt with on my behalf). I look forward to staying with them again next year.

We came to Boston for medical treatment at Boston Children’s Hospital. The service was excellent, and our Hanover Street apartment was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

1 week rental at 5 Fan Pier. Apartment was as pictured, clean, close to public transport access point, convenient for food—both restaurants and groceries, and overall a positive experience.

The Compass crew was great...from the booking, the service they provided throughout our stay, to the departure details and assistance. We stayed for a month at Via Residences, Seaport in Boston. The unit was beautiful! It was a perfect location in a very walkable city. The place was clean, convenient to the amenities floor with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and the fitness center. If I were to give a negative, the suggestion would be to have minimal furniture on the patio and maybe have the kitchen stocked better for a long time stay. Via staff was very helpful and the public areas were clean and pristine. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again.

Compass does a very good job with their furnished apartments, and the customer service team was responsive to our needs. The pricing, however, is very, very high.
