This is our second time leasing through Compass, and once again, the experience has been exceptional. From the quality of the apartments to the professionalism of the team, every aspect of the process was handled smoothly and efficiently. The leasing process was straightforward, well organized, and stress free. The apartments have been in excellent condition, and any questions or requests have always been addressed promptly and professionally. We have been particularly impressed by the level of customer service and the overall logistics and coordination throughout the leasing experience. It is clear that Compass values both efficiency and customer satisfaction. A special thank you to Adam Vicenzo, whose guidance, responsiveness, and expertise were truly outstanding. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and we felt well supported every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to work with Compass again in the future. Whenever we need a short term lease in the Boston area, Compass will be our first choice. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently.spent 2 months at a unit rental arranged by Compass while my wife was receiving a stem cell transplant at the Dana Farber Hospital. Adam Katz and his Compass team couldn’t have been any more attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Their communication back-and-forth setting up the rental was exemplary. While we’re there, they were very attentive to any needs or concerns that came up, and the unit was meticulously maintained, and professionally managed. We were very impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend them to all.

A big thank you from my husband and I! I had my first round of chemo on this trip and being in this apartment with such good service from your team has made what is a rather unpleasant ordeal that much easier! The proximity to Mass Gen is perfect for us and the view and amenities were great! My husband was able to use the gym almost every day and having everything a stones throw away was very convenient. I will be recommending your team to other family members who often travel to Boston for medical care. Thanks again!

The apartment was beautiful and working with the team to book was easy. Unfortunately the Idyl Apartment building does not have hot water on demand. The tank is small and the water runs cold, which is uncomfortable and inconvenient for a family of four in the winter. We had to leave early because of this inconvenience as we were there for medical recovery, the Compass staff were not understanding or willing to accommodate despite this major inconvenience during a critical time.

This property uses a tank-based hot water system, so hot water is not unlimited and does need time to replenish and reheat once it’s been used. We will be sure to share your feedback with the property.

I had a great experience with Compass Furnished Apartments. Especially the service I received from Adam Katz. It really felt like concierge service. He took me through he processes effortlessly, and his whole team was really great. The apartment was exactly what we needed, beautiful and well appointed. And they responded immediately to any questions or concerns while we were there. This is the type of experience you expect and hope for but rarely get these days. Thanks again for everything!

We just spent 9 weeks at Via Seaport. Have worked with Adam DiVincenzo for a few years and he is very accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Had a couple minor issues, but Compass Guest Services responded quickly and took care of them. A couple suggestions that would make the apartment more comfortable would be 1) better quality sheets (the microfiber polyester is thin and gets staticky. 2) A mirror in the guest room. The building itself is well maintained, clean, and the staff are great. Have been there for 3 winters and hope to go again next year.

I had a wonderful experience during my two-month stay at the residence (250 Kendall). From the very beginning, everything was well organized and welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a long stay, which made it feel like a home rather than temporary accommodation. The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any request. Maintenance and housekeeping services were prompt and efficient, and all common areas were kept in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the quiet and safe atmosphere, as well as the convenient location with easy access to shops, transportation, and daily necessities. It made my stay both comfortable and stress-free. Special thanks to Mr. Adam DiVincenzo for the being the great support!
