This process has been so easy from start to finish.
To begin with, we wanted to see the pool we had chosen in situ. This was arranged very quickly, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Ordering was also straightforward, and everything from that point through to delivery went exactly as expected.
Once the pool was installed, we spent a few hours going through all the maintenance requirements (despite being in the middle of a building site). It was very thorough, and I’d highly recommend anyone doing this to take videos we’ve found them to be a real lifesaver.
When we struggled on our own, Penny was fantastic even messaging me back on a Sunday when I was completely floundering.
Now it’s all done, we feel confident about what we need to do and we absolutely love our pool. We just need the rest of the house finished before we can start swimming, but it’s there ready and waiting, along with the bottle of champagne they kindly left us as a gift.

I cannot recommend Waterstream highly enough. Mike was a pleasure to work with, from initial scoping despite all our questions being pool novices, through to a very clear handover, always responsive and helpful. Billy and the installation team were total pros, always working hard, in good spirits, kept to the expected timeline, keeping us updated on all the progress, and maintaining the site in good order. Simon’s sign off was meticulous, the attention to detail by all involved having been of the highest standard. The resulting pool (Aqua Nova 84, with a turbine which is fantastic), is first-class and will be enjoyed by family and friends for many years to come. Thanks to the entire team!

Disorganized and costly service issues
The pool itself has been a joy to own for four years, and while some wear and tear is to be expected, the customer service has become very disappointing. Since the manager left, the service team seems disorganized, with high costs and little clarity on repairs or pricing. Engineers often arrive unprepared, even after advance payments, and issues remain unresolved—such as an auto dosing machine imbalance we were charged £1,000 to fix, only for the problem to persist. Over £2,000 has been spent on call-outs this year, yet no progress has been made. Attempts to escalate issues have been met with unacceptable responses like "too busy." A good product is let down by poor service. We would still like to hear from anyone in the mgt team.
Compass pools were amazing from start to finish, great customer service and made what was a very large project go extremely smoothly. After care had also been great.

Pool Selection
Pool selection is so important, having decided on the style and size product selection took me almost a year to complete.
Market due diligence, review of the technical specifications, service and support reviews together with multiple site visits to various suppliers taking most of the time.
It’s a big decision and selecting Compass Pools was the best result I could ask for.
Penny and Mike were just brilliant
Whilst not the cheapest Compass Pools offered great value with a high quality product and top end service support.

We had a pool installed by Compass Pools earlier this year. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From Nick talking me through the options and answering my multiple dumb questions, Billy, Mark and Kyle that did our installation over the wettest winter in memory and then Ryan who talked me through resetting the cover open and close mechanism when it got stuck after a power cut. A really professional team and more importantly a brilliant product. Thanks guys!

Yesterday our Compass pool was officially handed over to us & we couldn't be happier.
Tracy has been phenomenal throughout the whole process, answering all of our many questions & reassuring us - it's a huge decision to make!
The biggest concern we had was getting the pool off our lane, down the drive and over the house. Elliot had this well under control. The delivery drivers & the crane operator were unbelievable and even the neighbours enjoyed watching the process.

We are so excited we now have a water stream pool installed. From start to finish they were so helpful and always accessible. Particularly sheila who would always respond quickly and go above and beyond with anything we needed or any questions we had. From initial consultation with Sheila – who was an absolute star throughout the whole project – the very detailed technical survey by Elliot, the super helpful project manager Simon, through to the absolutely superb team that installed the pool, headed by John and Vitali. Nothing was ever a problem. Everyone was so professional, accommodating, pleasant and patient. Everything was always clearly explained and we have nothing but the highest praise for everyone who worked on the project. Oh, yes, the swimming pool – fabulous, better than we had hoped for! Could not fault the service from consultation stage through to commissioning and handover! Mike was very informative helping us to choose the right product for us and Ryan and the rest of the install team were excellent. A very professional service from everyone involved at Waterstream. A team of true professionals.
As first time pool owners, we were faced with so many options we really didn’t know where to start. It’s such a big investment you want to make sure you are choosing the right system and product for your property and we were assured throughout the project that choosing a Compass One Piece was right for us (Trainer XL FB) Although we installed late in the season, the pool has already created many happy days (and nights) with friends and family! Can’t wait for next season!

There is nothing better for the inexperienced (our first pool) than to engage the services of a very experienced pool manufacturer and installer. Our sales consultant Tracy, took time to walk us through the process, understand what we needed in terms of specification and budgets. Ordering a pool can be a daunting task, Compass gave us the confidence to “take the plunge”
The installation was very enjoyable and fascinating, Alan and his team were so professional and skilled, they almost made the install look simple. The team took the time to explain the processes and how the pool system worked, which gave us even more confidence that we would be able to look after the pool once we were on our own. We can’t recommend Compass and their staff enough. From start to completion, they have been a joy to deal with.

Excellent service from Penny and Mike (seems to be a consistent theme with these two on these reviews)! I had lots of questions in the months running up to choosing a pool and deciding on the spec of all the associated equipment. Penny couldn't have been more helpful, helping me to make the best choices for my needs, explaining some of the more technical aspects, and making several trips to site with Mike to go through everything in person.
I was very surprised to see her lugging ballast and granite slabs, going around with the spirit-level and checking the chemistry on the week of installation, as I'd assumed that would be a different team, but it was all part of the service and explains why her and Mike's knowledge of the products and equipment was so good!
Overall, we're really happy with the pool and I can't wait until the landscaping around it is finished so we can start using it properly in the spring! Our landscaping company has also commented on the quality of the setup; they see a lot of pools so I found their seal of approval very reassuring.

We had a brilliant and truly turnkey experience with Penny and Mike, one of Waterstream’s teams. Penny handled our initial enquiry and managed initial meetings, pool choice and specification, site visits and the entire installation process. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the pool or the whole process which ran on time and on budget. Penny, Mike and the superbly choreographed cast of delivery and crane drivers etc were without exception a delight to have around. I’ve never seen anyone graft like Penny does, dealing with sales enquiries and supporting customer in between managing our install, shovelling ballast and running barrows; I wish she worked for my business! The whole process has been a pleasure and we’re very happy that we have a top quality pool, installed and working within a very short time from initial enquiry.
