Could not fault the service from consultation stage through to commissioning and handover! Mike was very informative helping us to choose the right product for us and Ryan and the rest of the install team were excellent. A very professional service from everyone involved at Waterstream. A team of true professionals.
As first time pool owners, we were faced with so many options we really didn’t know where to start. It’s such a big investment you want to make sure you are choosing the right system and product for your property and we were assured throughout the project that choosing a Compass One Piece was right for us (Trainer XL FB) Although we installed late in the season, the pool has already created many happy days (and nights) with friends and family! Can’t wait for next season!

There is nothing better for the inexperienced (our first pool) than to engage the services of a very experienced pool manufacturer and installer. Our sales consultant Tracy, took time to walk us through the process, understand what we needed in terms of specification and budgets. Ordering a pool can be a daunting task, Compass gave us the confidence to “take the plunge”
The installation was very enjoyable and fascinating, Alan and his team were so professional and skilled, they almost made the install look simple. The team took the time to explain the processes and how the pool system worked, which gave us even more confidence that we would be able to look after the pool once we were on our own. We can’t recommend Compass and their staff enough. From start to completion, they have been a joy to deal with.

Excellent service from Penny and Mike (seems to be a consistent theme with these two on these reviews)! I had lots of questions in the months running up to choosing a pool and deciding on the spec of all the associated equipment. Penny couldn't have been more helpful, helping me to make the best choices for my needs, explaining some of the more technical aspects, and making several trips to site with Mike to go through everything in person.
I was very surprised to see her lugging ballast and granite slabs, going around with the spirit-level and checking the chemistry on the week of installation, as I'd assumed that would be a different team, but it was all part of the service and explains why her and Mike's knowledge of the products and equipment was so good!
Overall, we're really happy with the pool and I can't wait until the landscaping around it is finished so we can start using it properly in the spring! Our landscaping company has also commented on the quality of the setup; they see a lot of pools so I found their seal of approval very reassuring.

We had a brilliant and truly turnkey experience with Penny and Mike, one of Waterstream’s teams. Penny handled our initial enquiry and managed initial meetings, pool choice and specification, site visits and the entire installation process. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the pool or the whole process which ran on time and on budget. Penny, Mike and the superbly choreographed cast of delivery and crane drivers etc were without exception a delight to have around. I’ve never seen anyone graft like Penny does, dealing with sales enquiries and supporting customer in between managing our install, shovelling ballast and running barrows; I wish she worked for my business! The whole process has been a pleasure and we’re very happy that we have a top quality pool, installed and working within a very short time from initial enquiry.

We have just had a compass pool installed, and we are thrilled! Making the decision to have one has not been a quick decision and we strongly suggest you make as many enquiries and do as much research as possible, as once the pool is in that's it! Compass has not disappointed. The initial meeting with Tracy was the deciding point, as she really went through all of our options to meet our requirements. The installation only took 2 weeks, and team were extremely professional and helpful and always happy to answer our questions. (there were a lot!) We now have a wonderful pool to enjoy with our family and friends. Thank you to all involved.

Compass have been exceptional from start to finish. Every member of their team ensured each stage of the process flowed smoothy, shielding the customer from any concerns - particularly on delivery day - and even taking it upon themselves to resolve issues caused by other company delivery drivers. I cannot rate them highly enough but in particular Hannah’s strong communication and support and Ryan and Max’s determined attitude to overcome the seemingly impossible on two occasions! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Compass to anyone else considering a product and company.

Tracey did a fabulous job with our pool project. From her first visit she was positive about putting the pool into a relatively small space. A year on and we absolutely love the pool. It is crystal clear and easy to maintain. Would definitely recommend.

Our Compass Pool was installed at the end of September last year. After much research and inquiries we met Hannah who came to talk us through the process of installation and choosing the right pool for our garden. I should say Hannah entered our lives. She was never pushy, more than helpful, and always there for the silliest question. She and the Waterstream team were amazing during the installation …three weeks later we were swimming in a warm pool. Hannah has returned, after a short winter closure, to refresh our memories of the maintenance, I can’t believe how helpful she has been throughout. We absolutely love our pool….Thank you Hannah and the whole crew!
We recently installed a 10 x 4m fun compass ceramic pool and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to all our questions.
They offered expert advice on everything from the best location for the pool on our plot to the right size and setup for our needs—including the addition of auto dosing and a turbine, which have made a huge difference. Our site wasn’t the easiest, but the team was flexible and worked around our specific requirements with no fuss.
The handover process was also seamless. As first-time pool owners, we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. They made it easy for us to feel confident in managing and maintaining the pool.

Wow! These guys are lightening quick - and quality looks great - wasn't expecting to have a pool fully operational and installed in two weeks in the middle of winter. Hats off to Penny and Mike for doing such a quick, organised job with the installation - super impressive. Thank you also to Tracy - top sales skills. The whole team at Compass were brilliant from start to finish. Initially we did a lot of analysis of their competitors in the market, but we went ahead with Compass who to us seemed the best by a long way. Sheila was really lovely and so helpful throughout the whole process. The team were building our pool just before lockdown started and they went the extra mile to complete all of the works so the pool was up and running just before we all went into lockdown - such a treat! Now 4 years on our pool is used daily and adored by all the family and our friends too. Compass are always on hand if we need any help with anything, though we haven't needed much so far. Great company and would thoroughly recommend. Sheila was friendly and helpful from the start of the process and made me aware of the options along with sending over previous projects to help me decide. The end result looks fantastic, I’m so glad we went with the one piece pool and although we have only just finished the garden and not managed to use the pool much in this weather it will be so much fun in the summer so we cannot wait!
