We had the pleasure to have Community Roofing and Restoration replace our 125 year old zinc porch roof with copper this summer. I wish I could post some pictures as it truly is a work of art. I can’t express enough the craftsmanship that went into the roof, done by Bobby and Jeremy. Both guys were a joy to work with. They were very thoughtful artisans , that took their time to make it right. If you need copper, Bobby and Jeremy are your guys. Thank you, Community Roofing, for a job well done.

CR did an excellent job from the initial contact when the President, Josh, made a careful survey of the proposed work to when the work started. This automatically distinguished this company from others who bid without looking at the inside of the roof from the attic. The roofing crew (CR employees, not subcontractors) were polite and very professional and their supervisor, Chuy, worked with me as a few minor adjustments were made during the project. One can get cheaper bids, but you get what you pay for. I also wanted a good company that has experience working on older homes and with a steep pitch to the roof.

If you need a roof, I recommend Community Roofing, a local company in the roofing business since1975. When I realized I needed to replace my roof, they scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and offered choices. The contract was thorough and clear. They were not pushy. The actual roof replacement took two 12- hours days. The crew was careful with shrubs and plants and cleaned up. If I live long enough to need another roof, I will contact Community Roofing again.

I had a great experience with Community Roofing & Restoration from beginning to end, but what really stood out to me was the way they treated me as a person. After my roof repair was completed, I unfortunately became late on my final payment during an incredibly difficult time in my life. My husband had passed away, and I was honestly overwhelmed and not keeping up with things the way I normally would. Once I realized what had happened, I immediately took care of the balance and explained the circumstances. Instead of simply treating me like an overdue account, Amber responded with so much compassion and understanding. A short time later, I received flowers from Community Roofing expressing their condolences. I was genuinely blown away. They absolutely did not have to do that, and it was one of those gestures I will not forget. Good customer service is easy when everything goes perfectly. How a company treats someone when there is a problem tells you much more about who they are. Community Roofing showed professionalism, grace, and genuine kindness at a time when I really needed it. Thank you to Amber and the entire Community Roofing team. You went well beyond what I would ever expect from a roofing company, and I truly appreciate it. I would absolutely recommend them.
