These guys were amazing. Our roof was completed, and the yard was cleared of debris in six hours on a very hot day. Our home is leak-free and looks beautiful with the new roof and fascia. Community Roofing of Florida exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They replaced the roof on my previous home, and the entire experience was outstanding. Their team was professional, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the process. They completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality, and the workmanship was excellent.
What impressed me most was their customer service. They were honest, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. It's hard to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but Community Roofing did just that.

They did a great job on my roof. But more than that they communicated with me through the whole process. When the permit was submitted, when it got approved, when they were coming, they answered all my emails and did everything to speed up the job due to leaks. I appreciate this company. Upon moving to Florida in 2018, I noticed a one piece roof over a mobile home. It was something I had never seen before and none of my neighbors could tell me who had done the roof. Fast forward to 2026 and I saw their sign and called to inquire about the price. Was a great price and it’s been rated to withstand a hurricane category 5 wind (160 mph)!
My installation was scheduled for the morning of May 13 and the 4 man crew were here by 9 am. Installation took 4 hours and it looks wonderful! Cleanup was about 45 minutes later. The house has been consistently cooler and I am looking for my power bill to reduce in the coming months with the heat of the summer. It’s guaranteed for as long as I own my trailer and the warranty can be transferred. So far everything has exceeded my expectations with the salesman and crew ability to make me a happy customer. Even when the building inspector came to review the work at my home he praised the work from this company. You will be happy if you choose them!

I can’t say enough good about this company. They are a very friendly company. Salesman was perfect. Very good knowledgeable not just trying to sell you something. The office was Great Got right on top of things when I needed it done and the installers did a beautiful job. I couldn’t ask for a better job out of this company. The installers were great very knowledgeable. Kept you informed every step picked up everything around the property at all times and kept it very clean. I am very pleased with the company. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I lost my roof in the hurricane and we were in Indiana. We were able to make contact with community at a very busy time and received a quote and secured a spot in line. They kept us informed and updated the whole time. They had 3 roofs to replace in the park and everyone was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of the crew. When we were finally were able to get down, there was one spot unfinished due to carport damage and as soon as I was able to get it repaired they were there and finished it up. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at a time when I’m sure there were hundreds of trailers needed service. Well done.
Then came dealing with the insurance company. They requested more receipts than I had and pictures. One call to Community and I had all the records on my roof and she even offered to send someone to take pictures for me. Thanks Trinity.
In a time when good service seems to be declining Community Roofing still does it right.
Community Roofing went above and beyond our expectations. They cleaned up and tarped our hurricane-damaged roof the day following the storm and replaced our roof within a week. We cound not have been more pleased.

We are more than happy with our new roof on our second unit. We have been a customer since Community Roofing was a one-truck business. Now they are a thriving company with service provided all over Florida. We are pleased, but not surprised by their success. Good prices and service are the key.

Very disappointed in their warranty service. I bought from a previous owner and the roofing paperwork from community said that there is a one time transferable warranty, which I wanted. I called the company and asked about it and he said with a $500 fee for them to come out and inspect the roof! Some warranty!

The lifetime warranty is for the original owner ,if you would like to transfer the warranty into your name we would have to come out inspect roof make sure theres no storm damage everything is OK and transfer into your name and you can take over the warranty and thats,what the charge is for not to inspect theres only a charge if you decide you would like us to transfer the warranty into your name if you have any questions call office anytime
