What an absolute joke. Set up an account -> debit cards are not created and sent out you have to ask for it -> Asked for debit card, 1 month no debit card -> called back regarding debit card, said they would send it out, 2 months no debit card, called back today they have closed my account due to inactivity. So I was told every 3 months I will need to move a penny in or a penny out of the checking/savings to keep it active. Hard to do this without a debit card or checks. I'm not going to deposit money into an account where I cannot access the funds. The $5 I spent to open the account was kept as well as the $5 I kept in the savings to keep the account active. Terrible customer service. I was just told to re apply for another account so they can do the same thing again where every 3 months I'll just pay them $10 for no reason.
