I was given estimate of $1571 to replace Draft Inducer Motor which is under warranty. And they mentioned it may get reimbursed approximately $400 to $500(no clarity provided on the price of part.). I have paid $89 for this technician visit and asked him what was the part name and he was reluctant to share the name of the motor. Later, I contacted direct dealership vendor they charged me $381+$127 for labor and parts claim.
Your team has always been personable and professional. My mom is elderly and Micah was very aware and great with working work her.
