Highly rec the folks at Comforted Kitty. The process of onboarding your pet is all online and easy to complete. The company (both sitter and main office) were communicative. My assigned sitter (Lupe) was really awesome and provided updates (photos, video, eating and litter activity details) that I really appreciated! My only suggestion to anyone reaching out to Comforted Kitty: you can set your communication preferences to text or email and I did both...which meant I got photos, videos and updates both via text and email every time. should have picked one or the other. This was a mistake on MY part, not on the part of Comforted Kitty, but something I would adjust for next time! It is actually a real asset that the company enables the client to choose which communication method works best for you! Thanks Lupe and the Comforted Kitty team!

We had a wonderful experience with Comforted Kitty! Our sitter, Katie, took great care of our cat while we were away. She was reliable, communicative, and very attentive to our cat’s needs. We really appreciated the updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing our cat was safe and comfortable at home. It is obvious Katie genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and we came home to a happy, well cared for cat. I would definitely recommend Comforted Kitty, and we would happily book Katie again in the future.

Fantastic company and fantastic experience with our catsitter, Debbie. She did a wonderful job with our cat, Aspen and was flexible with us on scheduling and timing. Also watered our many patio plants while we were gone, as she is a plant enthusiast herself. We are new to the Bay Area and will work with Debbie exclusively going forward.

Just had an excellent sit with Natalie at our home in SF! We opted for overnight visits while we went away on an extended trip. One of our cats requires several medications, and we liked the peace of mind knowing they had lots of company while we were away. Normally when we get home from a trip, the cats go velcro and look a little stressed, but this time, they stayed lazing away in their spots happy as can be. Natalie bonded with them so well, kept us informed each day, and left the place so tidy! We highly recommend this service, and especially Natalie 🤩

I used the Comforted Kitty for the first time over the holidays and was very satisfied! Michelle, my sitter, was amazing! She was very reliable and communicative, as well as patient with my shy cat. I appreciated getting notifications every time she arrived and detailed updates with photos after each visit. I also had the misfortune of having my flight home cancelled and being stuck away from home for an extra day. Michelle was willing to stop by an extra day and really saved the day! I will definitely be using The Comforted Kitty again!

I was going away for a few days with family and didn’t have anyone to check in on my kitties, so I was pretty nervous about trying a new service and letting an unfamiliar person into my home. My experience with The Comforted Kitty and Maria completely put my mind at ease. Not only is the intake process very thorough, you also have a chance to meet your sitter before the service starts. The service itself is great. It's easy to communicate with the sitter through text and you get a detailed update with photos every day. This really came in handy when I got a notification that the automatic feeder lost power - one of my cats yanked out the power cord! I texted Maria and she was able to plug it back in during her regular visit. I truly wish I could give 100 stars to Maria. She is a wonderful sitter — thoughtful, considerate of the kitties, and genuinely lovely to work with. I’ve booked more visits since that first time, and I'm happy every single time. I can’t say enough about how relieved I am to know that Maria and The Comforted Kitty have my back!

I hired Zuri through comforted kitty to watch my cat for about a week. She did a great job! The cat was well cared for and Zuri followed all of my instructions to the letter. She also sent nice updates each day about how he was doing. Would recommend :) Disclaimer: I was offered a small credit to write this review, but with no conditions on it being positive-Zuri was just great!

I have always been anxious about leaving my two cats with friends or alone, particularly because one of my cats is a bit spicy and high maintenance, so I used to only ask people who I knew were comfortable with her. But my friends who helped out in the past were never really "cat people" so I wasn't sure they were getting enough attention. I just rescued a third cat who is still very terrified, and I decided I needed to go with a professional. Despite having gotten my own gigs on Rover I don't feel comfortable using it to book sitters. I'm so glad I discovered The Comforted Kitty (indirectly through a Jackson Galaxy video). I love that the sitters are vetted, the company keeps really detailed information about each kitty on file, and makes contingency plans for emergencies. I really liked Lynell's profile, and we had a meet-and-greet with her. She was so professional, clearly really experienced with cats, and I felt totally at ease leaving them with her. She gave me daily updates and sent photos. She was awesome and even got my new cat to sit in her lap! For once I felt totally at ease on vacation. I highly recommend The Comforted Kitty, and Lynell in particular if you're in Vegas.

I have used the comforted kitty for the second time and this warrants a review. My assigned pet sitter, Angie is absolutely AMAZING! She is responsive, follows instructions, and most of all, my cat loves her so much!! Using this service definitely puts me at ease when I'm away on vacation and getting live updates is a great perk. The comforted kitty is a very reliable service, w fair prices and I highly recommend them. I will not be looking elsewhere for pet sitting services. Thank you so much!

Amazing service! We had Amy watch our cats for 3 days and she was awesome. Besides the usual food and water top up she also spent quality time with them, playing with them and giving them lots of love and attention. Even our skittish cat came out of her usual hiding spots for some love! We definitely appreciated the quality of service and will be using them again soon. Highly recommended!

Jenn E took amazing care of my two 4-month-old kittens, Eleanor and Raimi. I had so much anxiety about leaving them while they were still so young, but she took fantastic care of them and sent me lots of pictures and updates that helped alleviate my fears. The amount of communication and professionalism from the company itself was also a huge plus. I definitely recommend and I will absolutely book Jenn again next time I have to go out of town.

We used the Comforted Kitty for our two elderly cats when we were out of town for over a week. Tracy was amazing! She met with us well before the trip to ensure everything was covered. She checked on the cats daily, sat and played with them, and sent us texts and photos. We will definitely use Comforted Kitty for future trips.

We had a great experience with the Krista, sitter we were paired with through this service! She was so easy to work with and I could tell through the pictures she sent us that she absolutely loved our kitties, and to me a crucial aspect of sitting is our cats having someone they fully trust. She also watered our plants and took in mail. The process filling out our details on the site was long but thorough, and the meet-and-greet before the booking was great for easing our worries leaving our 9 month old kittens in the hands of someone else. I recommend this service for cat owners over ones that aren't as tailored to them.
