This was my first time using Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air. I was quite happy with their service. I wanted to have my A/C checked as we enter the spring /summer season even though I haven’t had any issues with my AC system in the past. Although I originally scheduled my service for next week due to my schedule they were able to come the following day with only 12 hours notice.
Demetrio was fantastic. He didn’t complain about having to wear shoe covers and a mask for my protection and was able to explain things to me that I had concerns about. He didn’t try to push me into additional items but did provide information for aspects that I was interested in. I will definitely use them again.
