He responds promptly, and above all listens and pays attention to what you want and is quick to offer suggestions of native and easy to care for plants. Top-Notch Landscaping – Hardworking, Professional, and Highly Recommended! We hired Combs Landscaping and Nursery Inc. for a big project: removing 20+ overgrown ornamental grass plants and replacing them with evergreen trees. If you’ve ever tried removing ornamental grass, you know it’s no joke—it’s back-breaking work! The Combs crew showed up early and worked three long days straight in sweltering heat. Their work ethic was incredible. They were respectful, professional, and handled every question or concern immediately. At one point, we realized only the back of the yard was being worked on, but we also needed the side cleared and planted. One quick call to Combs, and it was sorted. More trees were delivered and planted the very next day, and the quote was adjusted fairly and transparently—no stress at all. They even went above and beyond by clearing ornamental grass that had crept through the fence into the backyard—totally unexpected but deeply appreciated. The crew kept everything tidy and were incredibly considerate. The transformation is stunning. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Combs to anyone looking for quality landscaping work. 📸 We’ve included photos of the before/during to show their awesome work.

We had a Winter King Hawthorne tree that we wanted moved from one side of our yard to another to make room for additional landscaping. It was big enough (approximately 8' tall and 2-3" diameter) that digging it out and moving it by hand would have been a major undertaking, but after calling several places that advertised tree moving we were having no luck getting help. We had used Combs for other landscaping services, so we left a message for Dave on a whim. He returned our call that day, and had a quote for us within the week. A few weeks later a crew showed up and in less than two hours the tree was in it's new home and you would have been hard-pressed to tell it hadn't grown there from a seedling. The old hole was filled in and mulched to match the existing landscaping, the new spot was freshly mulched and staked, and the yard was pristine - - the transplant crew barely left footprints! We followed the directions Dave gave us to take care of the tree, and several monthly later it is thriving in it's new spot. We couldn't be happier with the service, and the price was more than fair. Thanks so much to Dave and his crew!

The photos speak for themselves! Dave and the team at Combs did an amazing job. Dave responded quickly when I first reached out for a free quote and made an appointment time in late February to come see the area and hear what I was wanting. He said he’d get a quote back to me within a week, but was much quicker than that and got the quote back to us the next day! This was a new install since there was no landscape in place, and the design was beautiful! It turned out exactly as designed! With the rain in the area, the project was pushed back a couple weeks longer than originally expected, but Dave communicated that with me, which was greatly appreciated! The team installed in a single day and it turned out beautifully! I am so happy with it and will be happily recommending Combs to anyone needing a landscape install!

We had such a great experience with combs landscaping! We met with Dave multiple times to discuss the different kinds of shrubs and plants we wanted. He took into consideration all of our suggestions and helped us know what would work best in certain areas due to sun/shade etc. He did a fantastic job visualizing and drawing out a plan for our landscape. The whole crew was great. They were respectful and great workers. The team came and got to work and had most of the project done in one day. They came back early the next day to finish up a couple things and were done in no time. We don't have a single complaint about combs! They had a great turn around time from start to finish, they were reasonably priced, and always quick to respond to our emails and questions. We highly recommend Dave and his team for any landscape projects you may have. We will certainly be returning customers in the future.

We recently had a complete landscaping makeover, as well as added some privacy trees to our rear easement, and Combs did a fantastic job! Dave the designer, was very responsive and provided great attention to detail. The entire process from beginning to end was great! The landscape team did an amazing job and was quick and courteous. I will also note that I had reached out to other local contractors before contacting Combs, and Combs was the "ONLY" company that acted like they wanted my business. I'm still waiting on a call back from a couple others, just on a design proposal, and here Combs has already taken care of everything I needed. Excellent company to work with!! Updated Review: Combs does it again!! We had a newly planted Holly that took a turn for the worse. All it took was an email to Dave at Combs to show him the shrub, and then two hours later I saw my Holly being taken off and a brand new Holly planted in its place. Awesome service!!!!!
