Columbus Roofing Company was extremely professional and helpful. They helped guide me through the process of getting a new roof and met all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure things were done the right way. The crew did an amazing job and were finished very quickly. Nick Rondon worked closely with me and was always willing to go the extra mile and answer any questions I had and help in any way he could.

I contacted them for a emergency repair following a windstorm, a 3m by 1.7m panel was ripped out of my roof leaving a very large hole. They quoted me a 10 day wait and 1000€ for that, but also suggested more expensive 6500€ roof work to keep my tiles in place. Then they ignored my messages for most of a month and refused to do the actual emergency repair unless I agreed to the other far more expensive work. And stoped responding entirely when I asked for just the emergency repair to my property.
They wasted time i could have been fixing my roof to hold the emergency repair as leverage for more money. I would never trust these people again and would doubt any quotes they give.
Columbus Roofing Company did an amazing job on my roof. I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. The final result looks great, and the work was completed exactly as promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services.

Hi! My next door neighbors had their roof replaced and Tanner, the company rep, stopped by to offer cleanup of any debris and a look at my roof.
After checking my roof, he determined the 22 yo shingles were in great shape. However, he noticed some areas that needed secured to prevent future leaks. A few days later, the repairs were made.
What I really liked best is Tanner's demeanor. He's friendly, kind and answers questions with ease.

Special thanks to Daragon Lay, the sales rep. who was very patient in working with me since there were several delays in navigating the insurance claim process and HOA approval. The replacement team (Tanner, Devon, Austin, Gunnar) were courteous and available throughout the entire replacement and post-inspection activity. I especially appreciate the extra touches such as loaning of large shingle sample boards, roof crawl space inspection, color match painting of vent tubes, and secondary debris magnet sweep.

I had Justin come out to inspect my roof after a recent storm, and I was really impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly check everything, explained what he was looking for, and even showed me pictures from the inspection. In the end, he told me the roof was in great shape and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
