Colt Construction did an excellent job on my small bath remodel. The craftsmen were top notch on my tile and installation of a new vanity, sink and shower fixtures. Job was done on time and clean up afterwards. Highly recommend Colt Construction. Luke and his wife were great to work with.

Colt Construction replaced my roof and in the process corrected a ventilation issue that was flawed by design dating back to the 2001 build of the home. My second story level has always been noticeably hotter than the first story, well that is a thing of the past, even today when the temps are 100+ in the fine July Texas heat. I can tell you with confidence that you will not find another Owner of a Construction/Roofing business that cares more about the details and his customers satisfaction than Eric Bosley. I met Eric less than a month ago and immediately felt at ease after speaking with him for just a few moments. I typically don't jump the gun same day on decisions but I didn't waste any time approving needed repairs with Colt Construction after meeting the Owner. I have since approved additional upgrades to my home through Colt Construction and Eric has not yet failed to find ways to go above and beyond. If you have any home improvement needs or modification that you have wanted to get done then look no further.

Luke from Colt Construction did an awesome job from start to finish on our roof. He was flexible with scheduling & promptly answered all of our calls and questions. They worked with our insurance to speed up the process and finished the install ahead of schedule and on budget. Luke keeps his word and does great work.

COLT construction did a great job on roof installation. On time and excellent job with great follow up on requests as well!
Colt Construction was a pleasure to work with to get my roof replaced due to hail damage in the middle of the COVID pandemic. They stepped in to move the insurance company along and made is a very smooth painless process. Super professional and friendly. Staff checked in regularly to make sure I understood the process, next steps and answered all my questions. Installers took great care before and after to protect gardens, plants, siding/brick on the house and make sure all the nails and detritus were picked up once they were done installing to keep my doggo's safe from injury.

Worked with Cody Sims who met with our insurance adjuster to explain damage to the roof from hail.
Cody continually checked in to make sure the work was progressing and work was done professionally. Additionally, he requested that the workers double checked my yard with magnets, making sure no nails were left in the yard that might injure my two dogs.
I was surprised how quickly the job was finished and my new roof and gutters look great.

I had used Luke at Colt to do a roof replacement in Allen a few years back. When we needed another replacement after storms in our new home, he responded. It was great as he came and met with the adjuster during their inspection, was flexible and accommodating to our needs and scheduling and was able to complete the work on time and completely well done. So now I have had them replace 2 roofs on 2 different homes and would strongly recommend him.

Colt Construction did a fantastic job on our roof. Luke signed us up, walked us through each step, made sure we received full payment from our insurance company, and was here when the job started and here for final clean up.

This past summer, my husband and I put our house on the market, and were in desperate need of a new roof. This was the first house that we had ever bought and now were selling. Luke Anderson, with Colt Construction, had seen that our house was for sell, and decided to stop by and talk with us about our roof and what all the process entailed. We are so thankful that he did! When the inspection came back, and was advised that we needed to replace the roof, we called Luke immediately and got the ball rolling. He absolutely held our hand through the entire process, and made it so seamless. He was attentive, and it didn't matter what time I called him to ask the same question for the millionth time, he was going to answer the call and reassure me. Him and his team went above and beyond, and we trust them whole-heartedly.
