I took my car for a service way before it was due - rather than going ahead with a service that would cost me money, Team CAR recommended that I leave the service for another 6 months, which was great savings for me. On top of this honest gesture, they gave my car a free wash which just made my week. Thank you Team CAR!

Extremely Disappointed – Duplicate Parts Used I recently got my Toyota car serviced and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. During the servicing, duplicate parts were added to my car and charge me double price. As a customer, I expect transparency and quality, especially when I’m trusting a service center with the maintenance of my vehicle. After the servicing, I noticed unusual performance issues, which led me to get the car checked at another authorized center. To my shock, I was informed that non-genuine (duplicate) parts had been used for critical components. Not only is this unethical, but it also poses a safety risk and voids the vehicle’s warranty. This kind of practice is completely unacceptable. I trusted this place based on reviews, but now I feel cheated and misled. I will not be returning here, and I strongly advise others to double-check parts and invoices before making any payment. Is not just bad service—it’s deceptive and dangerous.

This Repair shop is fraud. They charged me 825 dollars for a part which is easily available for 200 dollars in market. I understand that repair shop charge extra but more than 4X the price is too much and top of that labour in total it costed me 1185. My car broke down on highway far from my home that’s why I ended up coming here. But guys please stay away from them and go to some honest repairs shop.

DO NOT GO HERE. Got my new hyundai serviced here and they put the wrong engine oil in. $2800AUD in repairs and a Month later of my car being at the mechanics and these guys have taken 0 responsibility, Just threats from their lawyer over the phone.Thousands lost in repairs, hire cars, ubers, and not a word of apology or acknowledgment from the team at Collingwood Auto Repairs. Shouldn’t even be licensed to perform a service. The least they could’ve done is refund the $660 they charged me for a service but they won’t even do that. They haven’t responded to me once about the matter either My car broke down in the middle of a highway just days after they serviced it. They put me massively in danger and it’s a miracle I wasn’t hurt when my car dramatically halted on a highway in Melbourne. it could’ve been a lot worse and they let me drive out of their shop with damages that could’ve cost me a lot more than $3460 and counting Do NOT get ur car serviced here unless you plan on losing a few thousand dollars in damage for a basic service

Very poor customer service- asked for general range that they charge for a normal service (not including if the car needed extra work), in order to compare general service cost with other mechanics- the staff member was very rude with their response and tone. It is fine to refuse a quote on the phone , but not okay to be rude about it.
