I recently had a fire on my boat, our home. My service dog and our other furbabies all parished in the fire. Cole was recommended to us, so we called and from the moment he picked up the phone his compassion was heart felt. We made an appointment for him to come out and start his investigation. When he arrived he took his time really looking at every aspect of this tradgy. After he was done he took the time out to explain his findings and how the fire spread. His knowledge was top notch. He was thorough with every aspect of the investigation. He was able to have a written report with pictures ready within a week. He even took the time to hand deliver a hardcopy as well as email a copy. I was able to send it to my insurance company immediately. If your looking for someone with excellent knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and dedication then you have found the right man for the job. I highly recommend him to anyone. As horrible as this has been for me he has definitely made the understanding of the fire part bearable.
