Very disappointing experience. I booked 4 months in advance and reserved two caravan sites for my family and my brother’s family. At the time of booking, I specifically explained that we were both travelling with caravans and wanted sites next to each other. When we arrived, we were extremely disappointed to find that we had been allocated sites in completely different areas of the park. On top of that, the site we were given was on such a significant slope that there was absolutely no reasonable way to park and level our caravan properly. We arrived late, so there wasn’t much we could do at that point. We ended up staying only for the night and left early the next morning because the site simply wasn’t suitable for a caravan.

We stayed on an unpowered site which was spacious and backing onto the beach. Facilities were excellent, showers were roomy and clean as were the toilets. Pet friendly. Would highly recommend.

The Big4 Beach Caravan Park at Coffs Harbour would be the best caravan park that l have been in. Great amenities and facilities , love the early morning cafe where you can get a egg and bacon roll and coffee and sit on the deck relax. John Davey

We had the drive through site as we were only here for a night, though we wished we stayed longer! Great park, close to the gorgeous beach and shops! Amenities and park clean and felt secure! Reception lady friendly! Would definitely recommend 100%!

We had the pleasure of holding the Oz Volvo Nationals at Big 4 Sawtell Beach Holiday Park, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue! The accommodation was fantastic, the onsite coffee van was excellent, and the park staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was made so easy for our group, and the team went above and beyond to help make the Nationals a huge success. A massive thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome. We would highly recommend this park and would happily return for future events!

Me sister and inlaw booked a cabin 2 rooms with queen beds then the day before get told they don't do that they only have 1 room queen the other room bunks. Now the bunks are very hard to sleep on feels like cement I've hit me head 3 times so far not made for adults very uncomfortable and I still have one more night to stay here it say's free wifi well there's none here at all you have to stand at the office to get it at all. Views are good tho but I won't be back to stay here I've been in better cabins then this and there bunks way more better to sleep in.

A guy called Jason came up to me and my friends and asked what number cabin we were in and asked for our last names he said he was night manager and asked us if we wanted to see his machete very scary dunno if he worked their or not but overall besides that good
